"I stay away in Premier Inns 4 nights a week all over the country and this is by far the worst. I got put in a disabled room that was so depressing. Tiny TV and I couldn't use the "wet room" as the disability seat was in the way (attached to the wall). The restaurant is just as bad! Smelt damp, had about half the menu "unavaible" and on the second night, the restaurant was packed and they only had two people serving on the bar (how you order your food). They had a que of people waiting stretching the length of the bar. The WiFi is pitiful, even at full bars it struggles to send an email. If you need to stay in the area choose the other Cannock Premier Inn as id rather stay in a piss soaked door way, than stay here again."
