Molto molto soddisfatto, Servizi: Molto completo, la terrazza ha una vista fantastica e guardare le mongolfiere sulla terrazza la mattina è davvero fantastico. Igiene: molto pulita. Ambiente: ci sono fiori e piante ovunque e l'a**osfera è molto buona. Servizio: Il servizio è stato premuroso. Ci è stato permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo e abbiamo ricevuto la colazione gratuita. Ci è stato fornito anche un servizio di trasferimento gratuito dalla stazione degli autobus.

Aza cave exceeds my expectations! we had the WOW moment when we arrived in the morning. the hotel exterior garden and every single staff at Aza made me feel welcome and they truly deserved a 5star Hotel rating instead of 3star . They paid full attention to the guest, It was my Bday trip and they made the effort to decorate the room with rose petals and wine. Really appreciate this! We got there early morning by Bus, they let us have breakfast even we weren’t entitled on that day. The breakfast was amazing! The hot air balloon was so close it felt surreal , and you could also go to sultan cave rooftop for pictures taking. I can’t think of a better hotel in cappadocia than aza!! A little tips; choose suit room / above as it is located in the main hotel building.

Siamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti, questo hotel diversi mesi fa. All’arrivo ci fanno immediatamente saldare tutto. Stesso prezzo per le quadruple, peccato che la nostra fosse esattamente la metà dell’altra. Lo facciamo notare e la risposta è che non hanno altre stanze. Alla domanda perché lo stesso prezzo (tutt’altro che basso), ci rispondono che le ci sono diverse misure di stanza ma è così. Nella nostra stanza nel bagno nemmeno un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani o appoggiare un beauty. Un mini armadio nella camera e basta. Nessun appendino o sedia. Gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia li dovevano mettere sulla spalliera del letto. Quando sono passati a pulire le stanze, tutti i vestiti arruffati per terra. Lo abbiamo fatto notare ancora l’ultimo giorno e ci è stato risposto che che effettivamente c’era una stanza libera più grossa e potevano darcela (peccato fosse l’ultima sera). Lo staff parla pochissimo l’inglese e non spicca per simpatia. Inoltre NON prenotate le escursioni nell’hotel perché costano praticamente il doppio rispetto alle agenzie vicine

In generale, l'esperienza è buona e l'hotel aiuta a prenotare palloncini caldi.La mancanza di bellezza è che ci sono molti strani bianchi in una camera in letto. Sento che è un problema di trucco in camera.Il gatto e il cane Henkeai sono molto carino, il fratello dell'hotel e'amichevole parlare.

Stayed 4 nights in the this beautiful property. Absolutely stunning ! The rooms, the pool, sauna and a roof top bar. You also get spectacular views from this hotel. The staff was super hospitable , they give you valuable advice on how to visit places. Staff in the roof top bar are very courteous, warm and welcoming. Special mention to Zafar who served us delicious breakfast everyday and was very keen to help at all times.

Hicbir organizasyon yapmadan geldigimiz Kapadokyada resepsyondaki Eyup bey ve Orhun bey (adini yanlis hatirladiysam kusura bakmayin, gece resepsyonda olan genc beyfendi) bizim 3 gunluk tatilimizi cok guzel organize ettiler, onlar sayesinde yapmak istedigimiz herseyi en buyuk rahatlikta yaptik. Ayni zamanda kahvalti servisimizi yapan herkes cok guler yuzlu ve yardimciydi. Harika manzaranin karsisinda kahvalti ederek gune baslamak ayri bir keyifti. Soguk ve yorgun gunun ardindan spada gunumuzu sonlandirip aldigimiz en iyi masajlardan biriyle gunu sonlandirmak ayri bir keyifti. Biz magra odasinda kaldik odamiz cok ferah ve temizdi, yataklar da genis ve rahatti. Herseyden cok memnun kaldik butun personellere tekrar tesekkur ederiz.

Mükemmel bir ambians, güleryüzlü hizmet, kaliteli ve huzur dolu bir ortam için başta Çağatay Barış Serap ve Fatih olmak üzere aklıma gelmeyen tüm Anatolian Houses çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Merkezi konum, ulaşım çok rahat. Jakuzili ve şömineli odalar inanılmaz keyifliydi. Odaların hemen dışında, üstünde veya yanında seyir teraslarının bulunması ayrıca çok güzeldi. Açık ve kapalı havuz, sauna, hamam spa merkezi çok tatlıydı. Peri bacalarıyla iç içe, Kapadokya’yı en güzel şekilde yaşayabileceğiniz bir numaralı oteldi. Akşam yemeği için restaurant, michelin ödüllü bir mekan gibiydi. Gelen tabakların güzelliğinden yemeği yemeye kıyamazdınız. Yine içerdeki ortam, dışardaki ateş vs. harikaydı. Yemek için fiyatlar bir tık daha uygun olabilirdi. Kahvaltı mekanı biraz daha ufak ve basıktı. Evet ortamı anımsatıyor ancak biraz daha geniş bir yer olabilirdi. Oda+kahvaltı olduğu için de kahvaltı çeşitliliği daha fazla olabilirdi. Ancak tabiki de yeterliydi. Çeşmeden ücretsiz şarap içmek harikaydı. Otelin giriş kısmındaki bahçe de biraz daha geniş ve ferah olabilirdi. Kapadokya’da çok fazla yapılacak aktivite var. Bunlarla ilgili ekstra yönlendirme, hatırlatma, bilgilendirme vb. olabilirdi. Kısacası, 4 gece konaklama sonunda inanılmaz keyifli, huzurlu, dolu dolu bir tatil yaptık. Tekrar tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Çevremize önerdik. Biz de en kısa zamanda tekrar geleceğiz.
