Molto molto soddisfatto, Servizi: Molto completo, la terrazza ha una vista fantastica e guardare le mongolfiere sulla terrazza la mattina è davvero fantastico. Igiene: molto pulita. Ambiente: ci sono fiori e piante ovunque e l'a**osfera è molto buona. Servizio: Il servizio è stato premuroso. Ci è stato permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo e abbiamo ricevuto la colazione gratuita. Ci è stato fornito anche un servizio di trasferimento gratuito dalla stazione degli autobus.

Aza cave exceeds my expectations! we had the WOW moment when we arrived in the morning. the hotel exterior garden and every single staff at Aza made me feel welcome and they truly deserved a 5star Hotel rating instead of 3star . They paid full attention to the guest, It was my Bday trip and they made the effort to decorate the room with rose petals and wine. Really appreciate this! We got there early morning by Bus, they let us have breakfast even we weren’t entitled on that day. The breakfast was amazing! The hot air balloon was so close it felt surreal , and you could also go to sultan cave rooftop for pictures taking. I can’t think of a better hotel in cappadocia than aza!! A little tips; choose suit room / above as it is located in the main hotel building.

Siamo stati qui a fine marzo per 5 notti. Ottima posizione anche per godersi le viste mattutine dalla terrazza delle mongolfiere e per le foto. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera standard , ed era molto pulita e dotata di ogni confort ( c'era anche il phone per asciugarsi i capelli, ciabatte a disposizione , wifi gratuito e ben funzionante. La camera era molto calda. Colazione varia, per per tutti i gusti dal dolce al salato che viene servita dalle 8.30 alle 10.30 . Personale sempre molto gentile, pronto ad aiutare e parla inglese. L'hotel organizza diversi tour e il volo in mongolfiera. Noi abbiamo prenotato il volo in mongolfiera , il tour da 16 persone ( che consiglio), non abbiamo prenotato altri tour perchè avevamo l'auto a noleggio e ci siamo spostati in autonomia. Se viaggiate con auto a noleggio si trova parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze lungo al strada. Consiglio quetsa struttura.

Came across this hotel through a random search, but must say it was a very successful search. The place is really well managed, the staff is really good and the way they treat the customers is commendable. We had a room on the bottom floor which was nice. Well connected to the main areas, within walking distance from all the main areas. The breakfast was great, views of the hot air balloons were worth every penny and the stay was amazing. If in Goreme, please do visit them.

Carus è un hotel meraviglioso, siamo stati accolti da uno staff con una ottima professionalità, ci hanno spiegato tutto l’hotel, la nostra camera con il balcone vista Göreme era pazzesca, la piscina nella roccia è molto intima e particolare e la colazione molto varia, la ragazza che si occupa della colazione Fatma gentilissima e super professionale,piacevolmente sorpresi anche dall’ottimo inglese! Speriamo di tornare presto.

Hotel is located at ending point of Goreme,Capadoccia.As it is at end of main location of Capadoccia it’s different from other cave hotels of goreme.This hotel has huge parking space and it is not too hilly like other cave hotels in goreme.property is bit old,but maintained properly.Its not conjusted like other cave hotel.Rooms are too spacious and airy.Bathrooms are quite big and clean.We stayed at stone room as cave rooms are not available.But our stay is as comfy and satisfied like other cave room. Hotel front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are bit lazy and non-attentive. Pool area is good and clean. Turkish Hamam is fab. Sauna is quite big and comfortable. Food was awesome. Location is mind blowing. Recommend for families and elderly people.

Hotel molto bello a due passi dal centro di Goreme. È dotato di una bellissima terrazza da dove è possibile ammirare le mongolfiere all'alba. Camera spaziosa, in stile tradizionale ma dotata di tutti i confort compresa una doccia enorme. Colazione super abbondante con cibi locali per lo più salati. La vera differenza la fanno i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura. Sempre disponibili e veloci ad assecondare ogni richiesta. Tramite loro abbiamo anche prenotato l'esperienza in mongolfiera e un'escursione a cavallo, entrambe spettacolari e di qualità. Ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e come gestire le nostre giornate in Cappadocia oltre ad averci fatto sentire a nostro agio per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Molto consigliato!
