Really enjoy it

5泊連続で203号室に宿泊しました。 毎日お水やアメニティを新しいものに交換していただき、フロントの方々もとても親切でした。 屋上からの景色も素晴らしく、気球が見えてとても感動しました。 一点だけ、203号室の鍵が少し閉めにくかったので、改善していただけるともっと快適になると思います。

嚴重差評！看到評分很高，特意從一家酒店換來住的，結果位置一般，隔音巨差！沿街晚上衹要有車路過就會被吵到！給我們分的屋子在大堂門口，和酒店圖片嚴重不符合，懷疑是假期隨便安排的房間，一堆人在外面説話嚴重影響休息，開關門有人説話都會吵醒！房間還很小，性價比巨低！千萬要避雷！

早餐一般，希望多加點熱菜和水果。

Posizione: Bella visuale sulle cave. A Göreme ci sono parecchi ristoranti anche carini. La struttura: ❤️ la terrazza panoramica (25m2) gode di una bella vista sulla zona, sono perfettamente visibili l’alba e le mongolfiere, (luglio-agosto verso le 5AM) 👍 c’è una seconda terrazza (10m2) più piccola, carina e confortevole, con un tavolo un paio di poltrone e un divanetto, coperta da una lobbia, che ne permette l’utilizzo anche nei momenti più caldi della giornata. ☹️ se bisogna trovargli un difetto direi che la terrazza panoramica ma non è più come raffigurata nelle foto del Hotel, cuscini e tappeti non sono mantenuti e protetti dall’ambiente esterno, difficile dire se sono puliti, in ogni caso sono consumati e rattoppati qua e là alla bell’e meglio. Camere: A)104 Camera standard 2 letti singoli. B)103 camera matrimoniale Standard. ☹️Le camere Standard, sono abbastanza piccole (come si vede in alcune foto), senza o con un “armadio” minimale non permettono una comoda disposizione delle valigie e/o vestiti. A mio avviso non troppo consigliato se si soggiorna più di 2/3 giorni. 👍 Le camere sono arredate con uno stile semplice ma carino, molto pulite e ben tenute e sono dotate di aria condizionata. ℹ️👍 La camera viene rifatta/pulita su richiesta (semplicemente appendendo l’apposito cartello) 👍 il gabinetto è abbastanza piccolo, ma ben pensato, con una doccia ampia e comoda, ma comunque ben tenuto e pulito. Ristorante: 👍 La colazione nella struttura è buona e ben fatta (non sperate in un caffè italiano 😄) Personale: ❤️ Il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile anche per organizzare tour personalizzati

Excellent hotel, very clean and central (only about 5 minutes walk to Göreme centre). The staff were super friendly, especially Barış who went above and beyond! Breakfast is a buffet and really nice fresh food. There’s a couple of common areas to relax, with a terrace on the roof too.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, easy to walk around, restaurants in the area, and the best rooftop for ballon photos, you can even see the ballon’s from your room. Staff were very helpful with helping book the experiences that I wanted.

The manager and Baris were incredibly helpful - they booked return airport shuttles - one at 6.25am and my tours. They have been very easy to deal with and my hotel was very conveniently located within Goreme township especially for a female travelling solo

The staff is not very friendly, and on top of that I got robbed from the person who cleans the room. I called the police, they checked the cameras, only one lady was in my room cleaning during the day that all my jewelry was stolen. The Hotel did not apologize, was not attentive to solve my problem or accept what was happening. The manager accused me of lying and losing my things. I explained a thousand times that I found my backpack open with all the clothes out, and that was not how I had left it. I also explained that my jewelry were hidden in a pocket inside the backpack and the person turned my things over with the intention of stealing from me. All my explanations were of no use, the police were of no use, they couldn't do anything. What made me most sad was the neglect of the owner and the manager hotel, who never welcomed me or apologized. they did not accept that I was claiming that I had been robbed. The day after it happened, after I checked out, the hotel canceled my reservation on Booking, claiming that I was not there. I believe that they did this so I couldn't write any reviews about what happened. I am in contact with *********** and I hope they can help me to reverse this situation and have my reservation completed on the platform, so that I can leave my report to other travelers.

We had the most amazing 6 days staying in the hotel. We stayed in a cave room and it was absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. The manager spoke very good English and we talked to him each day - he was helpful and kind with all sorts of things, such as airport shuttles, recommendations of where to go/eat and taxis. We loved the Turkish breakfast style buffet provided each morning too. We didn't want to come home! Thank you so much. Jess (and Sam, but I know he will write his own review!)

We had a great stay at the hotel,the room was clean and cosy,good bed. The breakfast was upstairs where you have a great view while you eat...and very nice,more than enough. The staff was friendly and really helpfull.
