Struttura con ottima collocazione, staff gentile e davvero disponibile. Colazione ottima e variegata. Stanza pulita, con bellissimo balcone e vista sulla città

Ho speso 2.000 per una serie di allarmismi, ed è stata la prima volta che ho ricevuto minacce personali all'estero (è stato causato da un tour di un giorno consigliato dal proprietario dell'hotel. I dettagli sono piuttosto complicati, quindi non entrerò nei dettagli). Sono stato costretto ad andare alla reception per comunicare con il proprietario la mattina presto, ma invano. Per garantire la mia sicurezza personale, abbiamo pagato gli articoli con cui non viaggiavamo: un totale di 170 euro (non ci ha lasciato usare il suo POS per questi soldi, ma mi ha portato in un altro supermercato per usare una carta. Deve essersi abituato). Posso solo dire che questa è una lezione imparata. Tutti dovrebbero prestare attenzione alla sicurezza quando sono all'estero e scegliere agenzie di viaggio conformi. È fantastico che io faccia un elogio con il vero nome a Ctrip. In futuro, ordineremo anche i nostri progetti sulla piattaforma per evitare la possibilità di ulteriori attriti con la gente del posto. Grazie a Ctrip per averci aiutato a comunicare in merito al rimborso. Sebbene l'hotel abbia insistito per non rimborsare, siamo molto grati per l'aiuto e il servizio che Ctrip ci ha fornito (perché il controverso progetto del tour di un giorno non aveva nulla a che fare con Ctrip, e Ctrip ha dimostrato umanitarismo e la luce delle imprese cinesi). L'industria turistica turca dovrebbe imparare da Ctrip e mettere il servizio al primo posto per avere clienti fedeli. Un gentiluomo ama i soldi e li riceve nel modo giusto! Non è che non lo segnalerò, è solo che non è ancora arrivato il momento 🙂

I enjoyed my stay at this unique Antique Terrace Cave suites. The people here are friendly especially Alia. I am grateful to Ramzan and his partner The view from the unit I stayed was really mesmerizing. Lucky for me that his partner found my phone which I left in the hotel before leaving. His partner brought it down to the reception and they waited for me. It did help me a lot in saving time. Thank you for the wonderful and the help that your team render to me.

Beautiful cave hotel. Excellent staff especially Nur and Alya. Miss Nur, she upgraded our room with jakuzi inside. Very nice. The breakfast have variety of foods and it's delicious. The location of the hotel is near to town. Just 300m to Göreme town. Just a little walk and not so hilly. You can hear azan from göreme mosque. Overall it was an awesome stay at Antique Terrace Cave Suites Hotel😘

The guy receptionist welcomed me even when i arrived late at night. The check in was quick, he gave me a hot coffee and carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. They asked if I needed help with arranging activities or transfers for the duration i was there. The room was spacious and breakfast was great. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Antique Terrace Hotel in Cappadocia for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, complete with complimentary wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to start the day right. What really made our stay special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. They also arranged our hot air balloon tour, which was a highlight of our trip and something we’ll never forget. And I have to mention the adorable golden retriever at the hotel! I believe it belongs to the owner — such a sweet and charming presence around the property. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Cappadocia!

Very close to Goreme town, clean room, tasty breakfast with beautiful view of the valley and great service. Thanks to Nur Acan & Aliye for the great service and tasty breakfast. They were friendly, provided additional heater for our room, replaced the towels every day even we stayed for just 2 days. I recommend this hotel. Thanks to Nur Acan, Aliye & the staff at the hotel, we had a great stay.

Good location, decent breakfast have to hike a few flights of stairs, very clean, unique cave setting with vintage furnishings 

Apart from the housekeeping services, which were not up to the mark, i had a good stay at the hotel overall.

Location is good. There is a really cute dog in the office.

The rooms gave real cave experience. No color paints or extra wall builds were there in room. Totally recommend the stay. Gave a beautiful city lights view from common spaces. Breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff & service.

Enough for 1 night stay. Overall satisfied.
