Being a hotelier I don't write reviews but this hotel is making fool as under Hotel :- - They don't display there Deluxe room on any Booking website but the room is 8X8 and they don't inform size of room and when youb will reachunf they will charge you Rs. 1000/- per day to upgrade to a normal room. But all the website display Executive room so people can be fooled. - The washroom always remain dirty even after cleaning a little splash of water on floor will mean dirt - The room stinks - Car cannot enter the lane where hotel is located - Mosquitos are common in room and shows how clean the rooms are. - Light go off often and that time only light & fan will run no A/C or TV works Restaurant :- - Poor listening Skills I gave them tea order straight 3 days but they never brought right tea - Had lunch once and ordered food and we were told 20 min for order but every time it took minimum 50-60 Mins - A single tawa roti took 20 mins and it was normal everytime - Also the corporate travellers are disturbed at late night as room service enter wrong room at midnight and the next day meeting will go for toss ( This is the biggest problem other then above) SO NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL WHEN IN GORAKHPUR

Hi the hotel was very good as I had booked this for my parents but the only problem was they were asked to pay for the room which I had already pre paid through trip.com . Even after showing them the receipt and booking details they were still insisting on paying telling that they haven't received any payment .

La stanza e le strutture erano davvero grandi, ma ho avuto una cattiva esperienza di verificare. Non hanno avuto un buon processo di fatturazione con Trip.com, mi hanno tenuto 3 ore e il pagamento non è ancora stato possibile. Non sapete chi è colpa, ma da quello che ho visto, Radisson Blu sembrava colpa. Anche se mi hanno fatto chiedere Trip.com risposte per calcolare, il loro operatore non ha ricevuto le chiamate correttamente. Ho dovuto chiamare il loro numero davanti a loro per dimostrare che il loro operatore non sta chiamando, che è per questo motivo Trip.com non è in grado di passare. I loro email commerciali sono stati confusi e perché Trip.com non è stato in grado di inviare il pagamento, infine ho pagato fisicamente. Si aspetta che Radisson Blu abbia un miglior processo di gestione delle prenotazioni da piattaforme online, ma sembra che questo sia solo per le feste matrimoniali e non per i turisti.

Courteous staff and Highly professional staff. Hygienic and clean rooms with Great comfort. It has all compact luxury essentials that one might need for a visit. The food is really great. Paneer chilli is a must try. Very quick service. They are actually just a call away. Highly recommended for families, couples,and business trips.

You can't expect such kind of service in Gorakhpur like place , It was one of unexpected experience i have ever in my travel life , Excellent and courteous Staff , Beautiful rooms and service , Clean & Tidy Washrooms , Delicious food its a must visit hotel in Gorakhpur , I would say its a completely ”Worth Of Money”.
