I have stayed here many times and I have good feelings. The food has improved a lot. Please improve it further.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

It’s very beautiful hotel for stay in Gorakhpur

Overall great experience at the hotel. Ideally located in Gorakhpur . The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast in room service is superb specially the taste is good which generally is not found in most hotels. The a la carte menu is good specially the bhindi do pyaza suggested by Mr Aman. Special thanks to Aman and at the IN ROOM DINING who were very courteous and helpful. AND the all staff in IN ROOM DINING was also very courteous and welcoming. Would definitely suggest this hotel to friends

The hotel is good and the service is room is up to the mark .. The staff is good and the behaviour of staff is the food and service are good The room is quiet neat and clean The room service team real give. A good service specially mention the staff Mr Aman n others staff with the good polite behaviour ,,,

I recently visited Radisson blu gorakhpur and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional coffee and outstanding service provided by Mr. Aman. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience were evident throughout my visit. Good hotel — POOR management The building is great. The way it’s managed is not “Radisson Like” Despite a great building, great interiors — the running has several deficits. 1. The AC broke down at 2 am till the next morning. And the hotel was absolutely not bothered about guest inconvenience. A call at 530 am after a sleepless night made them say “we’re looking into it”. I of course paid in full — for the basic luxury of sleep which was missing thanks to no AC, humidity which caused the floor to develop precipitation (pics attached). The evening manager was informed about the ordeal the next day to hear the reply “it won’t break down today”! OMG. There was no revert after that — as if the complaint didn’t matter to them. Deficient service is apparently OK (which this is because I booked an AC room and I didn’t get it) —Once you’ve paid the full amount, why should they care. 2. Gym AC is either switched on when someone comes there (which is probably rare) or only a small portion was switched on when I used the gym (I was the only one there)— but this was the most tiring workout because the room was just not cool enough: unacceptable for a 5 start chain 3. The pool is officially open till 9pm. At 8pm there was no staff at all on the whole terrace. For the whole 30 min I was there. Never seen a “self service” pool in any 5 star chain before where you look for your own towels! Though it wasn’t an “issue” really — felt like a private pool area! 4. Rooms are neither light blocking nor sound proof. Even on the 5th floor you’ll hear traffic at night, the announcement of the nearby railway station etc and your room will have light coming in from the sides when it’s daylight (gave a picture to the manager). It’s a small thing — and Velcro can fix it — but that’s something that a manager needs to come up with, not the guests. 5. The SHOWER IS DANGEROUS: Some issue with the mixer — after a minute the shower shifts between very cold and burning hot on its own like a pendulum after a few minutes of use. If you don’t realise this, you could be standing below it assuming you’re taking a like warm shower and suddenly you’ll have boiling hot water on you. 6. 507 had a bad smell in the washroom — probably a blocked pipe somewhere causing a back smell via the drains. Again — checks that the management needs to go over. 7. The shower area leaks into the bedroom. Realised it the hard way when my socks were soaking wet from stepping on a soaking wet carpet in the area right next to the shower area. There are some EXCELLENT aspects too: -Room interiors and size is excellent -the room is fully loaded: Amenities are high quality, mini bar is stocked, fixtures are tasteful. - view of the lake is very nice - Roof top pool is well done up - They recognise Radisson guests at check in (Ankit Gupta was prompt and efficient) as well as a welcome pastry set for being a member. A nice touch - Food: taste is good average but I guess that’s a subjective

Room is very neat and clean room service is very up to mark me Aman help me a lot for every assistance he give personalised touch here home feel Really appreciate mr Aman for he give us hot milk at night so good gesture

Amazing staff Mr pramod and aman were all . Anything you wanted they took great care of you. And Mr Sandeep bartender is very good person They guys had made wonderful experience for us At home. I am always selected to this hotel,,,,, . Highly recommend to everyone come and take great experience
