For a hotel that claims to be a luxury 5-star property, it is shameful that they do not even have a basic dormitory or washroom facility for drivers who drive hours to get guests safely to this location.Building a huge property and charging high rates is useless if you cannot show basic humanity and respect towards drivers. The management is only interested in making money but lacks hospitality values. After several times i reported that water supply is not coming in the bathroom then also no heari g from ma agement side which i could not take bath and left the hotel without taking bath. When ordered food the service was so late and the pulses which i ordered smell was coming from the pulses which i threw in the trash. Overall very very bad expirience in in this hotel. The stafs are very misbehaved. Guard of the hotel demanded extra money for handling luggage and argued very rudly for extra money."
