Grifid Vistamar Hotel - 24 Hours Ultra All Inclusive & Private Beach

So first impressions - lovely - from the pick up at the airport to the check in team working there. Only day/night 1 but so far perfect - the room is pretty amazing and the view is spectacular Again, the staff at the sky bar really friendly and the view … So far so good ! I’d read some reviews and had been a little worried - but I’m not trying to park a car so this has not affected me ! The place seems to be spotlessly clean and from what I’ve seen of the beach so far that too seems really clean. Buffet dinner last night really good and over the next few days I’ll look to book the a la carte options and the spa - I’ll update them but expect, based on the “so far” that these will also be great ! Can’t wait to try everything !!

We were 2 girls off on a holiday and stayed at the hotel for 1 week, in a concept room. The staff was kind and helpful with everything. We were super positive over the food, and have loved spending our time in the Sky Lounge, where the food is amazing. Everything were clean and the cleaning ladys greets you with a smile and leaves a new origami folded sheet/towel every day. The hotel is overall well kept, we had som problems with a noisy minibar, that ended up being replaced and we receive a bottle of champagne as an apology. We have loved the beach and the many restaurants the hotel has to offer. And hope to come back next year.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel, marked by a series of unpleasant issues. The biggest source of dissatisfaction was the fact that we were given a completely different room from the one we had originally booked. We had opted for a "concept" room, but instead, we were placed in another "concept" room, which turned out to be a "Double Sea View," setting a rather awkward tone for our stay. An extremely unpleasant aspect that we noticed was the predominance of Romanian guests who had chosen this "concept" room and received the exact same service as us, despite our initial reservation. It seems that most Romanians were lucky enough to book after everyone else, and the hotel no longer had the desired rooms available (even though we had made our reservation five months in advance). This created an a**osphere of noticeable differentiation from other nationalities present at the hotel, which did not contribute to a pleasant experience. We were forced to make numerous complaints at the reception, talk to the front desk manager, and even interact with the marketing depar**ent in an attempt to get the room we had originally reserved. It was only after speaking with the head manager that we finally received the desired room. Another problem was related to the amenities included in the "concept" room package. In the first room we were assigned, we found that there was a significant difference in the complimentary items, such as the beach bag, which was much smaller than the one we received in the subsequent room (half the size). This indicated a lack of attention to detail and an obvious attempt to cut costs at the expense of guest comfort. Furthermore, we were unfortunate to discover that in the initial room we were placed in, the window was partially tilted, creating a gap between the window and the wall. We reported this issue to the reception on the first evening, but subsequent interventions did not resolve the problem. We had to improvise by inserting a piece of cardboard under the window to close the gap and ensure an acceptable sleeping environment. Another negative aspect was the absence of bathroom ventilators, which led to unpleasant odors, and at times, sewer smells from the showers. This negligence only added to our frustrations during our stay. Finally, what bothered me the most was overhearing a comment from the staff during their discussion with some drunk customers of a different nationality, stating that we were dissatisfied and complained for no reason, and making derogatory remarks about Romanians being notorious heavy drinkers and not knowing any better. This discriminatory and offensive comment left us feeling cornered and disrespected. All customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their nationality. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, and I suggest that everyone should voice their concerns and stand up for themselves when receiving inadequate services. Our money

I highly recommend the hotel, not only because of the accommodation, location and food, but mainly because of the wonderful attitude of all the staff. Special thanks to the animation club: Stephanie, who, from the first minute she saw me, invited me to participate in all the activities and made me feel so comfortable just like home; In addition to her, I am also very impressed by the others - Ilies, Matteo, Erika, Jasen and Simo, who with their positive mood constantly energized all the guests of the hotel and constantly came up with all kinds of entertainment, with which the stay of the guests is really interesting. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and anyone who reads this review. I hope that I will have the opportunity to visit it again soon, because thanks to the efforts of the entire animation team, I had an unforgettable time and my vacation, although short, was filled with many wonderful moments and fun memories that I will not forget.

Visited in May 2024 Great hotel with several pools, beautiful decoration. The interesting points in the city are far away but the location in front of the sea makes us forget that point. Food ans drinks are good and Always served by kind people that all want you to have a good Time. Special thanks to the animation team: Yasen, Ilies, Matteo, Erika and Stefani. You transformed a great week into an exceptionnal one! We'll miss you.

The hotel is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and the food selection was good. Due to the cold weather the outdoor pool could not be used but there is an indoor one-both clean and well maintained. There were daily activities for the kids and grown ups successfully moderated by the animation team (Stefi, Nicole and team)- big thumbs up to Matteo and Ilies who made sure everyone feels included. They are fun, friendly and super patient so it's a pleasure to have them around

Thank you very much for a great holiday. Wonderful hotel, delicious food and friendly staff. Especially we would like to point out Adrean. He was extremely fast and helpful with solving all our problems. He was the only one from the staff, that was always very helpful, whilst his colleagues just didn't care.
