The equipment is not very new, but nice and clean. Great deal at this price!

Everything was great. The view was everything!! The room was clean and cozy. I loved that there was a washer and dryer on site, we took advantage of that. Breakfast waa great, too.

The overall experience for this hotel was average. I did not like the cleanness our room. We had coffee spots in bathroom on countertop and leftover soap pieces on bathtub left from previous people. Also, shampoo bottle was empty and after we requested to clean or room it still was left empty. In addition, we had changed several keys for our room because it kept falling to work. Besides that, it was ok experience

Our first room smelled like smoke so they gave us a different room to stay in. The property on the outside looked very messy, outdated and dirty. The breakfast was terrible, minimal options including toast and waffles that were raw when cooked. Same breakfast options every single day for 4 days in a row. Bathroom in our room was old and dirty. When arriving at hotel late in the evening parking was in an old, messy underground garage with no access to the hotel except by going outside to the front entrance. Our room was never cleaned and towels refreshed the whole 5 days that we stayed there. The front desk staff were rude and not polite or happy to be there. Customer service was terrible.

We arrived a bit tired after swimming in the springs for a while. Xavier did a speedy check in. Greeted us and made small talk. Made us feel welcomed and offered an upgrade. Beds were comfy and room was clean. You can hear a bit of the traffic outside but not too bad. Breakfast was nice, filling. Everyone was cheery and kind.

The only thing we didn’t like was we went late about 9:10 to breakfast and the eggs were not good! The rooms were actually very nice! Comfortable and clean

I checked in online for my flight, checked in and paid for a carry on and selected seat! boarded the plane and got taken off my seat and the plane for not having a boarding pass which I was never given during any of my check ins

Excellent space for our group with 2 separate rooms and a separate tub and walk in shower. We didn’t end up using the kitchenette, but it was well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The laundry room was close enough to the room I received that the bed was shacking from off-balance laundry machine(s). IN addition to shaking it almost sounded like a helicopter was landing on the roof.
