At the moment, we can welcome you into one of 33 en-suite bedrooms for relaxation on completion of our new leisure centre. Dinner can be taken in the new Brasserie Restaurant and with the best of local ingredients, exceptional cheffery and super service, why wouldnt it be! As the famous Scottish weather permits, a wee dram or a well-deserved draught can be served on our patio while you sit back and soak up the sights over our one time Croquet lawn. Enjoy your stay.

Despite being a frequent visitor to Glenrothes this was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality having only paid just over £100 per night. Nice friendly and efficient staff. Clean and recently removed bedrooms (or so it seemed), comfortable bed, great shower, nice toiletries and a good breakfast. Lots of parking and a nice pub next door. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

All of which are for sole use of our guests.This is a four guest occupancy. No other overnight stays are permitted.Please be aware that we are currently developing the outside of the building and is not yet designed or completed and does not reflect the detail and personal touch of the interior of our home.Guest access is via lock box at the front door of the property. Access is via one single 20cm step and hallways and spaces are wide enough for wheelchair access.Access via the back of the building is not advised at night at present as there are multiple steps to consider and lighting is not adequate.
