This was one of the best ever experiences I had in my 20 year long travel and stays. Especially I would like to mention this girl on reception the day we checked in, was excellent and exceptional. This hotel is no less than 5 star. I will recommend to everyone plz do try once and you will see it for yourself

nice hotel, clean everywhere in the restaurant, perfect food. Nice and fast service. We want to thank Rachel in particular. I recommend it to everyone. This hotel will be our first choice on our next visit to Glasgow

Inflexible policies, no compassion and completely unwilling to assist with booking issues.

Hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast was lovely, rooms are quiet small, and we found being in room 20 on the top floor was very hot, even though we turned off the radiator before going out and opening the window. Stairs are steep and I didn't see if they had accessible rooms available so I can't comment. Otherwise, staff pleasant and close to Hampden and Glasgow Green if you wanted to stay for concert goers. Street parking only as we could only see 2 spaces available directly outside the hotel and didn't look like that was for patrons and this might be a problem on event nights with parking restrictions.

We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. The beds were comfy and it was lovely to stay in a characterful hotel that isn’t a chain. Great to be in a quiet area outside the centre. Parking was easy, too. This was our second visit and we would definitely book again.

Everyone was very welcome and lovely breakfast staff very very friendly and attentive. Will definitely recommend and will be back to stay again. Hotel is just beautiful. Only wee thing I couldn't get a soft drink it was after midnight I suffer from PTSD and had a nightmare I really needed something cold but that was not the hotel fault just there was not where I could find the close time for the bar. The gentleman on shift just said no the bar is shut.

Very nice comfortable and pleasing on the eye surroundings. Staff hardworking front desk staff showed us to our room explaining things and was also the server for our meal. Special mention but didn’t catch her name Check in Wednesday 10th January. Breakfast excellent and would defo recommend. Only issue was workmen drilling and cutting in the room next to ours

Well furnished clean rooms warm bathroom. Very pleasant helpful staff who helped me with a route map.

The b3d wasnt comfy the matress needs replaced. The breakfast was ok.

Fantastic location for attending events at Hampden Park. Executive Club suite is roomy with the comfiest bed ever. Decent breakfast and parking too.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are a great team - welcoming and friendly.

Warm, comfortable room across the road from Queen's Park.

Great welcome from the friendly receptionist.Room was lovely and cosy too. Mattress was in need of replacing as very old and uncomfortable. Great breakfast choice and lovely dinner at good prices. Will be back.
