Hotel in zona Cessnock Pacific Dog Park, Glasgow

La posizione è molto buona, vicino al parco Kelvingrove e al museo Kelvingrove. Dall'altra parte del parco c'è l'Università di Glasgow. Il servizio è molto entusiasta, mi aiuta a conservare la scatola. Dimmi che la password del wifi è dietro la porta. La colazione è molto buona Oltre al solito latte, pane e succo, c'è anche un servizio à la carte senza costi aggiuntivi. Sentiti libero di mescolare e abbinare tutti gli elementi che vuoi in un brunch inglese. I servizi igienici sono buoni, la stanza è molto pulita e le lenzuola sono state cambiate di recente. Il sapone Lux fornito è così facile da usare che ho intenzione di acquistarne uno al supermercato in futuro. Le strutture sono al livello di un normale hotel a 3 stelle, l'unico inconveniente è che il letto nella camera singola è un letto singolo anziché un letto matrimoniale, che è relativamente stretto.

Perfect location, train station just 5 seconds away (yes, 5 seconds) walking distance to central Glasgow, convenient. you can tell this hotel is not ”brand new”, but it gets the job done. would be even better if they can provide free wifi for this price.

Hotel perfetto! Bello, moderno design. Estremamente pulito e buone strutture nella stanza. La posizione è ideale. Siete vicini alla stazione ferroviaria centrale e siete anche vicini a molti ristoranti, bar, nightclub, negozi, un ****** e St Enoch Shopping Center. Il personale è molto attento alle vostre esigenze e le aree comuni sul pavimento sono in buone condizioni. Questo sarà certamente il mio hotel quando visiterò Glasgow!

Grazie al personale, come viaggiatore solitario ero piuttosto nervoso ma mi sentivo così sicuro. Check-in era liscio e amichevole. L'hotel è pulito, elegante e intelligente. Hai bisogno della chiave della tua stanza per usare gli ascensori, quindi mi sentivo così sicuro andare nella mia stanza. Io mi sono fermato in una camera doppia e era così spaziosa! Tutto era teso e ben posato. Anche se c’era una fiera divertente sulla prossima strada, non mi ha davvero turbato quando chiuse la finestra. È la prima volta che mi sono fermato in un hotel aparthotel e mi consiglierei! Non sapevo che avere il ghiaccio nel congelatore e nel cucinatore mi renderebbe così felice haha. Poi, in camera mia, potevo raffreddare l'acqua e mangiare un bel pasto senza dover fare un bagno più costoso. Il bagno aveva anche una bella tovagliola riscaldata, così ho avuto la tovagliola più calda, più fluffie! Nel lobby hanno un filtro d'acqua britannico, giochi da tavolo, attrezzature di cucina extra, cibo e bevande. Sicuramente tornerò se mai visitare Glasgow di nuovo!

Siamo stati all'Easy Hotel due volte nel giro di una settimana, ho prenotato entrambi i soggiorni prima di andare al primo... Mi pento di questa decisione. In tutta onestà, il primo soggiorno, la camera che abbiamo prenotato era di circa 32 sterline perché era un giorno della settimana. Era il più economico disponibile nell'area del centro di Glasgow. Quindi è stato apprezzato per essere il più economico, tuttavia le camere sono minuscole. Abbiamo avuto una stanza con una finestra entrambe le volte, sinceramente penso che senza la finestra ti sentiresti claustrofobico. Ho provato a prenotare direttamente con easyHotel ma il loro sito si blocca semplicemente nella pagina di pagamento, il che è stato inutile perché mi ero registrato per il loro servizio di sconto gratuito in casa. Il che consente un'ora in più a letto prima del check-out, quindi le 11:00 anziché le 10:00. Inoltre consente una tariffa leggermente più economica quando si prenotano le camere. Ho anche telefonato all'hotel per avvisare che non potevo prenotare online, hanno detto che non effettuano prenotazioni per telefono e mi hanno consigliato di andare tramite un sito di terze parti in quanto tende ad essere più economico. In questo caso, andare direttamente era il più economico, quindi l'ho perso e sono andato tramite Trip.com perché era la seconda opzione più economica. La seconda volta che siamo andati nella stessa settimana, l'hotel era forse 20 sterline in meno rispetto a qualsiasi altro posto perché era una prenotazione di sabato sera, quindi è arrivato a circa 95 sterline. Avrei preferito spendere quel pochino in più per ottenere il Premier Inn o qualcosa del genere. La camera doppia era così piccola che dovevi strisciare sul letto per raggiungere l'altro lato perché non c'era abbastanza spazio per camminare intorno al fondo del letto. Il bagno è essenzialmente una stanza umida delle dimensioni di una toilette di un aereo. La pulizia non era eccezionale entrambe le volte che ci siamo andati. Macchie sulle pareti della camera da letto, sudiciume nel bagno che non viene pulito da chissà quanto tempo. Anche le macchie sul pavimento durante il tragitto verso la camera non erano un bell'aspetto. Il personale dell'hotel era gentile, non siamo stati disturbati da altre persone che soggiornano lì, quindi se stai letteralmente cercando un posto dove passare la notte e non hai intenzione di passare molto tempo nella tua camera d'albergo, allora fallo . Se ti piace più spazio dei 3 passi che hai nella stanza per raggiungere il letto e un bagno in cui puoi passeggiare, allora passa su questo posto. Il caso classico di meno non è sempre migliore.

Io e mio marito siamo stati a Glasgow per 16 giorni e l'amo come sempre. È una grande posizione e la camera che avevamo era una suite Junior con vista sulla piazza George. Il personale era molto amichevole e professionale, soprattutto Eric e Gabriela. Il pranzo era buono, ci siamo mangiati una volta e ci piaceva. Questo hotel è vecchio e accogliente, ma è davvero il momento di fare qualcosa sulle camere che sembrano stanche e sono stati da diversi anni.

We booked this as we knew our flight home to Glasgow Airport was landing late and we could not face the long drive home at such a time. By the time we cleared with our bags and walked to the hotel from the terminal it was 2am when we checked in. Unfortunately we were given room 115, which was opposite the elevators on the first floor. It was also not only an accessible room with wet bathroom (no shower unless you wanted to flood the whole room) but also had a ”connecting” door to the next room. No idea who was on the either side, but not ideal for either of us given our late arrival. I was feeling extremely tired and and went straight to my bed - unfortunately it was far too soft and it was a double, so we tended to fall into the middle where the ”hole” or ”dip” in the mattress was. With us both trying to sleep on the outside of the mattress for comfort we continually pulled the small duvet from each other in an attempt to keep warm after our return from Africa. The pillows were also too soft for my liking, however that was minor compared to the mattress. There hours later, at around 5am the corridor started coming alive with excited children heading off on their holidays, running and squealing, literally!! I can't blame them for being enthusiastic, but perhaps their parents might have understood that some guests might still wish to sleep at that time? Thus our morning continued so when we finally dragged ourselves up for breakfast around 9am I was extremely tired and somewhat grumpy... Now to breakfast; a fairly good selection was on offer if you came at a quiet time. I saw some guests leave towards the end our meal time as they did not want to wait in the queue for what was left. My main gripe about the breakfast was again, not the hotel's fault, but the guests, who presumably are not used to staying in hotels and don't know what swerving utensils are for. I saw one female guest pick up and touch several slices of bread and returning them before picking what she put in the toaster machine. I purposely picked a slice she hadn't pawed and waited whilst it went through the machine, then just as it arrived a young man (her son I believe) whisked it away in front of me. Manners non existent. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly and the food on offer was perfectly adequate if all the guests knew how to behave. All in all, we picked this hotel for a catch up sleep after a late flight in and we didn't achieve that so we will not be back.

Hotel di prima classe con eccellenti staff e camere, io rimango qui ogni settimana mentre lavoravo in Scozia. Le camere sono moderne e senza spazi con tutto quello che ti serve. Tutti i dipendenti che ho dovuto conoscere nell'ultimo anno sono eccellenti in posti di lavoro e non posso fare abbastanza per voi.La colazione è molto buona con molte scelte, la cena è buona anche. Mi fermerò qui con la mia famiglia piuttosto che solo per lavoro.

We stayed overnight on the way home. Twin room, as the 2 beds are a decent size. The spa has a large pool & 2 saunas & 2 stream rooms plus 2 jacuzzi’s- it was vert busy but open until 9:30pm. I ate in the area near the tv to watch Wimbledon. I had the cheese board & a french martini. I also took a Starbucks hot chocolate to my room. Peppermint tea was a nice addition to the in room drinks. I had an issue when i got back to my room, the connecting door was open, so i called reception & a lovely lady from housekeeping came up to see me & secured the door, but later on that evening, someone in the adjoining room did try to open the door, which seemed strange, as we had been told it was empty, i was asleep but it woke my daughter & she was worried.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times and absolutely loved it. Beautiful modern comfy rooms, lovely bar area and the best ever showers! We have always experienced first class service from lovely staff. This unfortunately came to an end when we checked in last month. There was one really lovely young lady at reception as we arrived but she was caught up with another guest sorting out a problem with the TV remote control. I believe this girl summoned another staff member to come out from the office to deal with us. Out she came, never said hello, no eye contact infact was cold, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing she was not happy at being called out of the office. So, with a cold and hostile attitude, we were checked in and given keys. As we always requested a downstairs room, I noticed our room was upstairs. I asked if there were no downstairs rooms, and we had requested this. She said”yes so I see,” and said no, there aren't any . So would you not think that when checking someone in who had requested a downstairs room, you would at least acknowledge this. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning and we have been staying at a different hotel. It's such a shame when the hotel is lovely and that one ”huffy” receptionist can ruin everyone else's hard work.
