Gin Gin Village Motor Inn Motel Qld

We were very disgusted with the management, who came knocking on our door at about 10.30 - 11pm. She accused us of having a domestic, with yelling, slamming doors, etc. Far from the truth. After arriving late, we had a late checkin and had to rush to the nearby pub for a meal, before they closed. When we got back, my granddaughter and I had been in the shower and my husband laying on the bed on his phone. I was only half dressed when she, and 2 men, came to our room. She was very nasty. We didn't know who she was or the men, as she had only left our key under the mat. She claimed she was the manager and one of the men was her husband. After they finally left, I said to my husband to ring the number I had, to confirm she was the manager. When she answered she confirmed she was the manager, in a very condescending voice, "Yes, that was me MATEY"! The next day, when I confronted her about being unprofessional, she claimed the men with her were the owners. So not only was she nasty, but she also lied. We felt belittled, and upset (especially my granddaughter, who had to witness the whole thing) and my husband was made out to be an abuser, and we will NEVER stay there again. And we will be telling EVERYONE not to go there. If I could give a minus rating I would.

I mucked up our stay date, the manager was very helpful in sorting the mistake out. Very friendly and helpful the room is spotless we will return. The cleaning lady was very helpful as well. Thank you.

One of the nicest motels I've ever stayed in. Rooms have obviously been renovated recently, beautifully decorated and furnished. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge and tea/coffee - everything we needed for a short stopover. Bathroom was clean and even had double shower heads. Motel is a short walk to a bakery and the local pub. 10/10 would stay again
