Le parti comuni sono state rinnovate. Tuttavia la camera che li è stata assegnata era vecchia. L’armadio dei vestiti non chiudeva bene e la luce all’interno è rimasta accesa tutta la notte creando disagio, perché filtrava nella camera. Ho segnalato l’inconveniente. Inoltre l’aria condizionata funzionava fino a quando arrivava alla temperatura richiesta, poi si staccava e non tornava più in funzione, anche quando la temperatura della camera saliva.

Hotel Camino Real is a place of excellence. A Human Team concerned with providing outstanding service. Permanently concerned with the details of the passengers, transforming a work trip into a very pleasant experience. It is a five-star Hotel that I recommend without reservation, on a visit to Santa Cruz de La Sierra (Bolivia).

The amneties and the service are great!!! The water slide for the kids is awesome! And having the indoor pool is the best if the weather is not great to be in the outdoor pool. Perfect hotel for grownups and kids. It is in the best neighbourhood in Santa Cruz close to shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Our room was huge. Beds were comfy. Very clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. Received a free drink voucher when we arrived. Staff was polite. Loved the food. Great flavor and plenty of it. The A/C worked very well. For the most part the hotel was very quiet. The only negative encounter was at the bar. The servers weren't paying attention to guests. They were busy talking to each other or on their cell phones most of the time.

I loved staying at this hotel for its nice location, the good service, the wonderful garden & pool and I especially enjoyed all the art works inside the hotel. The art objects and the wooden pieces of furtniture give the hotel a warm atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help, with a smile. Spacious rooms, good breakfast with great egg station and much more.

This rating is a 1 star because I can’t rate it ZERO. The showers only have slightly warm wáter, much colder tan body temp, and they try to convince you that you don’t know how to turn the handle. After claiming to have fixed it 5 times, without doing anything, they agreed to move me to another room…. Which also had the same cold shower. The beds are rock hard. And pillow just as hard. Harder than my carpeted floors at home. Ants in the room. Filet minon tough and almost imposible to chew. Half of the hotel faces a mall with a huge Electronic screen on the wall facing the traffic and hotel, flashing its lights and messages 24 hours a day. Even closing the blackout curtains left flashing lights over and under it. Some of the rooms have the AC programed to turn off at 11 pm. You then wake up sweating and have to get up and turn it back on, though it defaults to fan only, so remember to turn it to AC.

Confortable beds, quiet room but it needs to be more darker. Install blackout curtains please, it took me a while to fall asleep. Other than everything else was good, like the room service and the breakfast the next day.

Great hotel with an amazing pool. Staff very attentive. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was really tasty, and had a wide variety to choose from. Only 20 mins from the airport and Uber is the best option for getting around. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Santa Cruz

My experience was truly a mix of emotions at times great, and at others not so much. The hotel is beautiful and newly renovated but the service personnel especially at the front desk, I recommend to steer clear of them as much as possible. The hotel is constantly being cleaned, painted, repaired, but everything is always dirty specially the pool area even though we were there for a week
