Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Hotel is dated. Front desked has to be called or ringed. Breakfast did not look appetizing, so i skipped it. Not worth half of the 150 charged.

You had to do a gymnastic move to be able to shut the bathroom door because the bathroom was so small. Over priced and the room are not comparable with Best Western hotels I have stayed at. Hard bed and the blankets slid off all the time. Thin walls so you could hear your neighbors talk as well as anyone walking by your room. No elevator (I use a cane to walk) for 2 nd floor

They charged 100 dollars as a deposit to my card and didn’t ask. Then they told me they will refund it 5-10 days

We always appreciate Best Western Inns and this trip was just another example of another good experience! From the customer service to the comfort of the room, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel accomodation - the bonus was the great breakfast in the morning!!

Was not able to sleep till 5 AM. The neighbors had ******** rap blaring, and the man and woman next-door were extremely loud.

It was clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Very old building. Basic hotel breakfast.

It was cheap for less than $100 before taxes. I liked the outdoor hot spa. The staff was friendly. They tried to give me a room closest to the pool area. The pool is not located close to any of the rooms but I appreciated the effort.

Its basically a motel 6, i had a couple nights booked but after getting there a cancelled the other night which i did get a refund for due to the mold inside the suites jacuzzi tub. But i stayed at the crown royal resort and its wayyyy better! Dont waste your money! I felt like i was on the run at best western lol
