L'unica cosa che penso possano migliorare è il cestino, un piatto, un caffè, cuppe e un paio di piccoli pot 1 pan con cuscino e piatti nelle stanze possono anche essere piatti disponibili e utensili da mangiare ... Altri poi che il soggiorno era eccellente ... Sarebbe sicuramente rimanere e dirlo a chiunque so che sta cercando un bel posto per soggiornare a sta qui ... La figlia era arrabbiata dovevamo andare ...lol

I’ll start with the best things about this resort. We stayed in a tower suite, the rooms are really nice and the quality of the bed/pillows were great. The bathroom was huge and had a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. We had a view overlooking the pool and mountains from the 8th floor that was really pretty. Take note that the housekeeping has no chill and will repeatedly ring your doorbell by 8am. There is a little privacy button next to the door, I’d recommend using it if you plan on sleeping in. We were part of a group attending for a business conference, so this was more vacation for me and work for my husband. I ordered lunch three days in a row poolside, be advised that they automatically add an 18% gratuity (which isn’t communicated anywhere) so the staff wasn’t as attentive as they could have been. Water is complimentary but the small bottles go fast and since they don’t come around super often, I’d recommend bringing your own larger bottle. Two of the three times dining pool side, my bill was messed up and I had to wait on a manager which required having to leave the pool area and return later to resolve an issue on their end. Also, double check ingredients from items off the pool menu. The chicken quesadilla had peppers and onions in it and they weren’t listed (for those with food allergies). I will say each meal I ordered was delicious! We called Ling and Louie’s one night to ask if they do carry out orders, we were told yes but it’s a very limited menu compared to their dine-in menu (they didn’t tell us that part) and they try to make you eat there. We were told that they’re deterred from giving boxes for leftovers/to go. Finally, there is a shuttle that runs to/from the outlet mall but that isn’t the only stop it makes, however no one tells you that or asks where you’re headed when you get on the bus. So for any future traveler, the shuttle goes to the outlet mall, the Sheraton and a spa & equestrian place. There is no signage for the shuttle or set running schedule, you’ll have to ask your driver for that but definitely make sure to tell them where you’re going or you’ll end up on a long ride. For the most part we experienced friendly staff and had a great time there.

Assolutamente non quello che ci aspettavamo da un Hilton. Le camere non venivano pulite correttamente, le bottiglie d'acqua usate si trovavano nel frigo e dietro lo sgabello. Arco e freccia affilati come rasoi trovati nell'armadio e il termostato era difettoso e continuava a dire batterie scariche anche quando le batterie nuove di zecca venivano inserite DUE VOLTE. La porta principale non si è nemmeno chiusa e il team di manutenzione è dovuto venire a togliere la porta e sostituirla. Lauren è stata fantastica nell'aiutarci durante l'intero viaggio.

La nostra camera era 2 letti matrimoniali, divano, tavolo e sedia e una cucina, che era grande da avere. Il bagno era grande, grande zona doccia, molte camere da muoversi intorno . Hanno fatto colazione ogni mattina e la sera hanno bevuto bevande complimentarie (birra, soda, vino) e snack (cheese, pane, olive) ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto al divano di fronte per qualsiasi cosa che avevano subito, proprio intorno al Grande soggiorno, Non ci sarà più nessuno che rimarrà qui!!

We came during the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day weekend to visit family in the area. The hotel is clean and located just off the freeway which makes it easy to access. Il nostro soggiorno con loro era GRATUITO, il tavolo frontale era molto amichevole e conoscente, l'hotel era molto pulito e la camera era meravigliosa. La nostra camera era 2 letti matrimoniali, divano, tavolo e sedia e una cucina, che era grande da avere. Il bagno era grande, grande zona doccia, molte camere da muoversi intorno . Hanno fatto colazione ogni mattina e la sera hanno bevuto bevande complimentarie (birra, soda, vino) e snack (cheese, pane, olive) ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto al divano di fronte per qualsiasi cosa che avevano subito, proprio intorno al Grande soggiorno, Non ci sarà più nessuno che rimarrà qui!!

L'immagine dell'edificio principale è buona, la stanza dell'edificio secondario è la stanza di trasformazione dell'appartamento, ma le strutture interne della stanza sono complete e pulite.Il cameriere è molto amichevole, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona, il parcheggio gratuito, la colazione ha un'etichetta speciale (20 dollari al giorno per due persone), e il ristorante ha un buon prodotto. Se vengo a fare un viaggio nel sud, consiglio questo hotel!

Il personale era molto bello tutto il cammino verso il custode ... L'appartamento era pulito e molto bello decorato ... L'unica cosa che penso possano migliorare è il cestino, un piatto, un caffè, cuppe e un paio di piccoli pot 1 pan con cuscino e piatti nelle stanze possono anche essere piatti disponibili e utensili da mangiare ... Altri poi che il soggiorno era eccellente ... Sarebbe sicuramente rimanere e dirlo a chiunque so che sta cercando un bel posto per soggiornare a sta qui ... La figlia era arrabbiata dovevamo andare ...lol
