Veri good service areas are attentive, kind and super helpful. My mother and I have been in food heaven with the variety of vegetarian food. The quality, freshness and taste tells you made with love! Satish head chef and his team deserve a special commendation as he adapted certain meals to fit my dietary needs. The entire staff at dining are excellent at their jobs and cannot do enough to make dining easy and enjoyable. Personal belongings are safe, rooms are clean and comfortable.

I wish this could be a positive review as the 1st half of our 5 day, 4 night stay (as part of a broader group of friends) was decent. The available food was delicious and the front desk was responsive to requests to the limits of their moderate English language ability. The rooms were well furnished but a little below expectations for maintenance and cleanliness. Our mostly positive experience ended when our Indian group coordinator finished his contract towards the end of our stay. Especially after his departure, the staff became very aggressive for tips and reviews with foreign travelers. Friends of ours had their phones taken without explanation by staff, only to find 5 star hotel and staff reviews created in their name on travel sites and whole new accounts created for them. We and several other friends departing the hotel for the airport in separate trips were HELD IN THE HOTEL CAR BY THE HOTEL DRIVER AGAINST OUR WILL until we paid a 3x ”tip” to him. Others in our group had their last day or two cancelled by the hotel and were locked out of their rooms. Staff also became insistent on taking pictures with western guests. We never left the hotel to look at the immediate locale for safety reasons, and slums were visible from one side of the hotel. If you are a western traveler, especially without a local guide, the staff WILL try to take advantage of you. Be warned ⚠️

I booked the hotel for multiple events for my brother's wedding. The overall experience was amazing. We booked multiple rooms for stay. The hotel rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. Clean rooms with all facilities. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The service was on time and helped us in making the events successful. We organised Mehendi, Haldat and Haldi in the common hall (30-40 people can be accommodated). We also booked the Ground Hall to accomodate our 150+ guests for our pre-wedding party. I tried to book it for the Sagan and Wedding as well but it was already booked for the days. The food was amazing. Every dish starting from starters to desserts were delicious. If I have to compare the food from this hotel with any of the hotels like ITC, Taj and Leela, I would definitely rate it above all of them. I am extremely happy with the food quality, hygiene, maintenance, cleanliness, comfortability and ambience.

Ottimo ubicazione, servizio molto pulito e abbastanza efficiente. Anche il colazione era decente. Purtroppo non sono state applicate maschere in tutto il palazzo.

Hotel room is comfortable. Restaurant food is very good. Services are nice. Hotel location is good. Amenities are fine.

The room and bathroom are clean. The only issue is that the hotel management only gives one bottle of water complimentary after that they will charge 50 per bottle except this all other things are good.
