Radisson Blu è un buon marchio alberghiero, ma sono rimasto deluso dal pessimo atteggiamento di questa filiale nei confronti della soddisfazione dei clienti. Sembrava che l'obiettivo fosse solo fare soldi e non garantire una seconda venuta dei loro clienti. Oltre a ridurre i prezzi eccessivi per i servizi di prelievo e rientro in aeroporto, così come le tariffe astronomiche per l'organizzazione di tour, credo che abbiano molto da migliorare, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'igiene alimentare e l'odore delle camere. Ciò che rende un hotel degno di una stella è la sua capacità di prestare attenzione ai piccoli dettagli e di dare una buona presentazione complessiva. Non credo che ci siano ancora arrivati, e non consiglierò questa filiale a nessuno che desideri visitare Nuova Delhi. Grazie per il vostro servizio!

Excellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.

Puede que el Hotel Radisson Blu Tower cumpla con los estándares de la India, pero no con los estándares de turistas extranjeros. El Check In no fue bueno. Un recepcionista que apenas hablaba inglés, y que nos exigía una tarjeta de crédito (no de débito) para cargarnos todas las consumiciones que hiciéramos. Eran casi las 4 de la madrugada, y fue muy molesto tener que estar discutiendo estas cuestiones a esas horas. Solo queríamos dormir. Aunque la habitación parecía inicialmente limpia, estaba muy descuidada (adjunto fotos y videos). Tuvimos que matar varias CUCARACHAS y en el baño había cables de electricidad en contacto con el agua!!! Se fui la luz en la habitación a las 11 de la noche y tuve que bajar a recepción. En lugar de ofrecernos un cambio de habitación, me tocó esperar hasta que llegó un técnico a solucionarlo. LO PEOR: un camarero del hotel intentó quedarse con nuestro dinero. Tuvimos que decírselo un par de veces hasta que accedió a devolvérnoslo. Esto no puede suceder en un hotel Radisson. Nos pudimos en contacto con Radisson por mail, pero en ningún momento nos ofrecieron una solución ni unas disculpas. Aspecto importante: el hotel Radisson se encuentra en otro estado. Cada vez que quieras visitar Delhi TENDRÁS QUE PAGAR UN PEAJE. El desayuno es repetitivo. Quisimos probar una noche el bufet (50€ por persona) y no nos gustó. Era exclusivamente comida india. Intentamos hablar varias veces con los camareros para que nos adaptaran algún plato (sin picante), pero fue imposible porque apenas hablan inglés. No volveremos a este Radisson, ni lo recomendáremos.

The Radisson Blu tower come highly recommended by many for its immaculate rooms and hygiene . Hotel is very beautiful, restaurant and service really fantastic. Check in was very smoothly. Room is also very clean. Rashmi and prakash was good person in front desk

Overall it was a good experience staying in this property. Just need to work on making it more value of money wise
