Radisson Blu is a good Hotel brand but, I was disappointed by the poor attitude to costumer’s satisfaction of this branch. It felt like the goal was only to make money and not to ensure a second coming of their costumers. In addition to reducing their overcharged prices for airport pick-up and drop-off services, as well as their astronomical fees for touring arrangements, I believe they have a lot to improve on, especially in food hygiene and room odor. What makes a hotel a star rating one is its ability to pay attention to little details and to give an overall good presentation. I don’t think they’re there just yet, and I’ll not be recommending this branch to anyone wishing to visit New Delhi. Thanks for your service tho!

Excellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.

There were a number of problems encountered during our stay. 1) I called the reception to confirm my booking and to inform that I will check-in around 5pm, the general reception forwarded the call to reservation reception and no one picked up the call! This happened 2-3 times and then the general reception person asked for my name and phone number so that he could ask for reservation desk person to call me later. 2) Now I booked my hotel trip via Easemytrip amd I quoted the booking IDs (we had booked two rooms) , but the reservation desk lady told me that no such reservation was showing on her screen and that we had no reservation! This led me to call the easemytrip helpline and they said thry had sent the booking voucher to hotel, and requested time to sort out the issue. The issue took another hour to sort out from the EaseMyTrip and hotel's end. Thankfully I was travelling at that time, cause sitting in a hotel lobby for an hour because of hotel's booking glitch would have been too harassing. 3) the reception counter took too long to take photocopies of our IDs and assign us rooms. (around 15-20 minutes on the counter for just this!). 4) the room was not the level of 5 star Radisson experience which we have personally seen at the Faridabad Venue amd other properties. 5) the towels provided were neither clean, nor white, but worn out of prolonged usage, this doesn't bode well for a 5 star hotel. 6) no lamp provided in a room filled with yellow lights! how does one manage to read books amd newspaper without straining his eyes? 7) poor quality of notepad at the bedside, like the little things which can affect the taste and feel of luxury were missing. 8) why doesn't the landline telephone in room have reception number 6200 written on it? It's not 0 or 9 which can be guessed easily. 9) the breakfast was okay, in the sense that while rest of the hotel was a 2 star, breakfast managed to be 3 star one. 10) checkout was a hassle too, as the reception lady asked us to wait in lobby till someone goes up amd checks the room, (ideally this should take place in the presence of guests) and forget to inform us when we could leave. After 15-20 minutes when I approached reception again, then I was told that rooms were checked already and we could leave. going to be hesistant when considering being a radisson customer next time.

Overall great stay, service are very good rooms are well maintained and clean, staff are well behaved especially Ram and Lucky are very helpfull during conference meeting.great to see the good service and very coperative stafc.thank you so much for good service.

This property is well equipped and very much esthetic. The staff at the front desk was so good miss zaviya is very cooperative and Mr. Gaurav Upadhyay is very amazing. The banquet staff Shivam, Manish, Praveen , Kaushik was really amazing at the service.

The hotel is really good and the front desk staff miss zaviya, Gaurav, Harsh,was really great. This has been a great experience at the lavish property the rooms were great and the ambiance is good the rooms are clean and we'll furnished.......

I had been here for a good meeting and liked the behaviour of the staff zaviya, shivam, reshma very much . I like the staff and the property is also lavish. The front desk is very good and Mr. Upadhyay is very supportive and will surely visit here again.

With great infra & central location, this property delivers value for money. However the staff needs to learn how to be courteous, polite & empathetic. They need to differentiate between Corporate clients who are Radisson loyalists v/s walk-in clients. Priority to immediately clear bills vs client experience needs due attention.
