La stanza è OK, la colazione è molto semplice, il cibo è innocuo, la reception ha sempre avuto caffè e tè e acqua calda.Non c'è nessuna acqua intorno, ma non c'è un ristorante cinese molto delizioso.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn, Buffalo was a big disappointment! The main reason we book this hotel is for it’s pool and hot tub. A year ago we stayed at this same hotel and the hot tub was out of service. This May, we stayed at this same hotel and found out that the pool and Hot tub were both closed. We use our hard earned points to stay at the Marriott chain hotels that have the amenities like Pools/Hot Tubs etc…but both times we were left disappointed. Last year I wrote to the Manager to express me disappointment, but never received an acknowledgement from him! This May, I let the Front Desk know of our disappointment and left info of our stay with the desk. Sadly, time has gone by and no acknowledgment. I really don’t like complaining, but when services are not provided, some compensation in points, should be refunded. The Manager never returns any feedback. Would I stay at this Hotel which offers a Pool and Hot Tub, in the future? I don’t think so.

Hotel bello per il prezzo, personale molto amichevole e utile dal desk front, alla pulizia del personale e manutenzione. Prenoterò qui di nuovo. Vicino all'aeroporto.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questo hotel per un soggiorno di una notte con amici. Era la sera di un gioco di calcio nella zona, e c'era anche un grande gruppo o squadra che visitava allo stesso tempo, quindi l'hotel era molto occupato con molti bambini che correvano in piedi e in basso e un grande gruppo che aveva una festa nel lobby tutta la notte. Quando entrammo nella nostra stanza, notammo che la porta era aperta, e quando chiudemmo la porta dietro di noi, troviamo che non era chiusa e che poteva essere spinta aperta. Abbiamo chiamato alla ricezione dell'hotel e abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni su come risolvere il problema. Purtroppo, questo non ha aiutato. Abbiamo chiamato ancora una volta e hanno mandato un membro del personale a cercare di aiutarla, e il membro del personale è stato frustrato da questo problema. Stavamo correndo in basso tempo, quindi abbiamo deciso di prendere i nostri valori con noi mentre si fissavano la porta, perché non eravamo a posto dormire in una stanza con una porta che non era chiusa. Abbiamo anche chiesto di cambiare le stanze e ci è stato detto che non ci erano stanze comparabili, ma che finalmente potevano mettere in una stanza migliorata, ma non era la dimensione giusta per la quantità di letti che avevamo bisogno. Il personale ha fatto tutto ciò che poteva, ma non era amichevole e sembrava annoiato che chiesessimo una porta chiusa, e che ci fosse stata chiesta di essere messo in un posto sorella, ma non c'era nessuno. In generale, ci sono stati troppe questioni per un soggiorno così breve e non mi piacerebbe rimanere in quel luogo.

Prima di tutto, la piscina aveva “questioni” e non era aperta per il soggiorno di 3 notti che la mia famiglia aveva, che era molto deludente. L’hotel ha detto che il mantenimento di casa non poteva succedere ogni giorno a causa della cova? Questo mi sembra strano da quando è stato 2.5 anni e nessun altro hotel ha questo problema. Per questo, il letto di tiro non aveva fogli, non abbiamo avuto abbastanza asciugamani quando sapevano quante persone stavano rimaste, e le toilette nel doccia erano vuote, anche al colazione la loro macchina del succo non funzionava e so che non è molto, ma Mi sembra che abbiano potuto fare qualcosa.

We stayed here September 28 as part of our Niagara bus tour. I wish we knew that the hotel was next to a TGIF. IWe could have had a late dinner here instead of the overpriced food court where our tour bus took us. The room was fairly comfortable although we had to ask for additional towels as they only supplied us with two when we are a party of four. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. As with most hotels during this pandemic, they have done away with items that could be a potential health hazard like drinking glasses and tiny soap bars. They instead have those bottled soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Unfortunately our conditioner dispenser did not work. I was excited to find a Kcup single brewer in the room but alas that too did not work. The HIE offered a warm breakfast of freshly prepared mini pancakes, egg and cheese omelet, sausage. One can opt for a healthy fare of yogurt and fruit. Understandably they only had bananas and apples as an option. I am writing this to keep the management aware and accountable for the safety issue I reported to the front desk. The door of room 303 requires brute force to open. One has to literally kick the door in to open from outside. My brother and nephew had to pull the door open to let us out. Obviously this is a quick fix but certainly one that should not be delayed or ignored. I hope management will take note of this report.
