Our family have a great time staying in Sasara, the staffs are nice and easy to communicate. They serve traditional Japanese style meals, dinner and breakfast were amazing in terms of presentation, taste and feel. Definitely will come back for next trip

Stayed there for two nights. In-room onsen was good, staff at reception excellent. Food was simply terrible. Rice was cold (personally it’s simply unacceptable in any Japanese restaurant except for sushi may be?), the chef seems to enjoy making fusion dishes (and except that they were unappetising). To name but a few, we had strawberry mousse for starter, tofu (which was bitter) and pickles with miso for mains, and who’d put diced apple in an apple sorbet?? (Felt as though I was biting into ice cubes). The waitress was also extremely impatient and rushed us through our meals (we finished our dinners within 35 minutes, breakfasts 20). I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry, but no.

Very nice staff. 5 minutes walk to the highlight spot, shops and restaurants. You can call taxi from JR station to the hotel (free of charge). After check out, hotel can call taxi for drop off at the station also.

Nice service! And the dinner is good. The room is clean and comfortable!

The hotel is settled in the middle of Gero Hot Spring town, short walk from the train station and can also be reached via bus from Kamikochi area. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. You can feel the spirit of older times in this hotel with a lot of beautifully selected decoration pieces. The manager showed us around and even offered us a new room since I accidentally booked one without shower (we declined that offer since we only wanted to stay for one night). That’s why we used the Onsen area for showering which is beautiful and includes all amenities. View above Gero and including an outside Onsen area to watch the sunrise. The staff was very friendly, the manager even drove us to the bus station since we forgot our jackets in the bus. The bar is well-equipped and a great place for a drink or two. One of the best parts was the breakfast. Never had such a good Japanese breakfast before- delicious, served in a private room, beautifully arranged. Next time we want to try their dinner :-) We felt like family and I can recommend anyone going to Gero to stay at this great hotel! Thanks again for your hospitality!

ONSEN IS GOOD

酒店位置離下呂JR站稍遠，大約走十五分鐘，門口有服務人員拿着名單迎接，酒店風格復古，給我們配了一個能説英語的管家，訂了晚餐和早餐，有幾個時段可選，均在房內用餐，菜品繁多，有自家特色，晚餐的飛驒牛肉呷哺好評，整體份量足夠。管家負責上菜和介紹，餐後也有人負責鋪床。有樓頂大浴室和樓下老館露天温泉，後者可自選時間全家入浴半小時，面積不大，勉強可擠2大1小，但雪天泡露天温泉別有一番風味。整體感覺滿意。

2.1晚上3500RMB，感覺是有點貴的。但這是一家體驗感絕佳的温泉酒店，服務堪稱無可挑剔。從JR下呂站乘坐出租車前往酒店，費用全免，接待人員熱情周到，對酒店和房間的每一處細節都精心打理，讓人倍感貼心，甚至給tips也不收，非常客氣。 住宿包含一泊二食，菜品豐富多樣，味道更是令人驚艷。尤其是晚餐，堪稱一場味蕾盛宴，不過早餐相較之下就稍顯普通。 我入住的房間自帶私湯，還能觀賞絢爛的花火大會，如此愜意，以至於我都沒去酒店八樓的露天大浴場。酒店還貼心地準備了歡迎零食，精美和服，在大堂吧享用咖啡也是免費的，處處都彰顯着品質與關懷。這裏的一切都讓我十分滿意，酒水價格也十分親民。唯一小小的不足是八點要吃早餐，要在十點半退房，睡不了懶覺，不然真的堪稱滿分💯

温泉街からササラまでの道のりに登り坂が有りますが、近くにコンビニも有り不便は感じませんでした。旅館の気遣いと高いホスピタリティで気楽な温泉旅を楽しむことが出来ました。料理は味も良く、料理の説明も丁寧で楽しめました。また利用したいと思います。

게로 타카야마 구간 숙소를 고민하다가 온천을 좋아해서 사사라를 선택하게 되었어요 1박밖에 묵지 않았지만 나고야 여행 중 최고의 여행지+숙소예요 사사라는 모든 직원분들이 친절하시고 웃는 얼굴로 응대해주셔서 굉장히 기분이 좋았습니다 석식/조식이 포함된 방이었는데요 식사가 진짜 맛있었어요 밥 1과 1/2공기 먹었어요 방에 있는 온천도 살짝 유황냄새가 나면서 진짜 뜨거울 정도로 뜨끈하고 피로가 싹 풀리더라구요 료칸 내에 자판기가 많지만 패밀리 마트도 도보 2~3분 내외로 갈 수 있어서 좋아요 게로역에선 15분 내외로 걸어갈 수 있는거 같은데 역＜-＞여관은 택시비가 무료예요 다 걸어다닐 수 있고 잘 몰라서 합장마을에 택시를 타고 갔는데 걸어가도 충분해요 너무 좋았어요 단점을 굳이 꼽자면 노천욕탕 룸의 경우 샤워기도 온천욕탕과 같이 반야외에 있어서 씻을 때 좀 춥고 와이파이 연결이 잘 안되더라고요 또 아넥스관에서 본관으로 이동할 때 계단을 한번 오르내려야하는데 올라가는 에스컬레이터는 있지만 내려가는 건 없어서 무거운 짐이 있을 경우 힘들어요 그래도 다음에 나고야에 또 가면 또 묵고 싶어요

飯店人員很親切，房間超大很乾淨，晚餐和早餐在房間享用，很舒適很好吃。車站隨便一台計程車可以免費搭到飯店，非常方便！附近有便利商店跟***可以玩

Sasara飯店分兩幢的，這次訂的是森山館。 由大堂,餐廳，溫泉 步行去森山飯要走幾分鐘的路。 房間就是放到兩張榻榻米和一張桌子。 房間內的溫泉和洗澡區都是室外。 飯店 步行去溫泉街不遠，附近有family mart.

可能是book錯房間，酒店設施真有點舊。 溫泉有室內室外很舒適。 酒店下有手信小店可以方便購買。 自駕有停車場。 嘗試一泊兩食。
