Hilton Garden Inn Memphis East Germantown

Very quiet hotel. Did t hear any noise from outside or inside

The lady at the front desk treated foreign guests that came for business with the Kellogg company. They were very rude, and disrespectful. I provided feedback to the manager but they didn’t do anything, nor apologized with the guest.

Location great, staff great, stay not so great Although I like the location and would like to make this the place I book with in the future, upon check-in I was told there wasn’t any rooms with king beds available (which is what I booked)….but then found one on first floor (perfect); however, the air conditioner did not work and there was no big towels in the room (I realized this after showering). I was moved to the 2nd floor with 2 queen beds. In this room the tv volume was super low even when it was set to the highest setting and the shower would only get lukewarm. Outside of all of that.. the staff was friendly, location is perfect, and I felt safe parking.

Great stay, even had a bunch of kids in the hotel for a soccer convention and didn’t hear a thing

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The bar and restaurant has amazing food and drinks. The customer service is always so pleasant. The only issue I had this time was the kids that ran up and down the hallway all night and woke up doing the same thing.

The property within the halls and room smelled musty like stale water.
