L'hotel era molto pulito e bello, il personale era amichevole e l'hotel aveva un ottimo colazione tutto era caldo e pronto con grande opzione.

Il giovane che ci ha controllati era molto bello. La stanza era strana, con alcuni dei mobili più strani che abbia mai visto in un hotel. Eravamo come in Pennsylvania olandese invece di Memphis. Il tavolo di tessuto aveva grandi buchi in esso, la gomma schiuma che stava sfomentando, le tovaglie erano legate e il mio lavastoviglie aveva un buco in esso. La stanza ha un odore strano, questa proprietà ha un po' di età e, sebbene in qualche momento siano stati fatti alcuni miglioramenti, non è abbastanza, e ora è troppo indossata. Internet non funzionava e quando ho lamentato al desk front, la persona che ha risposto (NO il bel ragazzo che ci ha controllati) l'ha accusato dei nostri dispositivi. Ha detto che sta facendo il surf sul web e che nessun altro si è lamentato. Ha detto che avrei dovuto chiamare un altro numero, che ho fatto, e che si è rivelato un servizio di aiuto Internet per gli hotel IHG.
