We stay at the Mayfair every time we go to London. It is in the perfect location for shopping on New Bond Street and not far from Oxford street.

I’ve stayed at the Mayfair several times! I like the location as it’s a short walk to New Bond Street for shopping. Nice comfy rooms and spotlessly clean.

The hotel was great. We got a fabulous room. There had been a problem with our original booking and the customer service team at trip.com were excellent. Extremely helpful.

早餐算是豐富的，果汁，牛奶，雞蛋，麪包，香腸，培根，水果沙拉，每天都是一樣的，吃飽就好。 房間很大，中規中矩的老式裝修。 服務很好，看到我們三大一小，很意外的問要不要免費加床，真的貼心

位處最中心區，周邊很多地標，交通非常便利，服務好，對面有超市，如果吃不慣英國飲食，還可以去唐人街補充能量，贊👍

總體比較滿意，早餐特別特別特別棒。房間大小和格局有點謎，但英國的酒店似乎普遍都如此。地理位置絕佳，走路去Piccadilly和白金漢宮都不太遠，周邊好吃的西餐廳很多，下次去倫敦還會考慮這裏。

房間設施有點老舊哦 但是員工們都非常樂於助人訓練有素有求必應這點非常滿意！！！早餐豐盛！！！要是房間能裝潢一下就更完美了！！！主要酒店服務很好 接待的前台一個短髮的美女非常友好 素質高 情商高
