Door like worn out. No hanger on the toilet. Sofa got stain. The bed too soft The pan is so dirty. Alot stain on the pan So we also dare not use it.. For people with sleep problem, the aircon is noisy. My old parents cannot sleep whole night and they need to see doctor tomorrow. Customer service also not 24hours. My flight got delay and they keep asking my location. Deposit they prefer cash. I reach hotel 9pm and havent got time for dinner. If by CC, they will be able to refund in 30days. Since I have no cash, the staff ask me to withdraw from atm even ita so late. I offer cc but they want cash. I have to go hospital to withdraw cash since I got last minute doctor appointment and has no cash in MYR. But end up, the AtM not working. When I come back tell the staff, he said can pay next day. Upon check out when I pass the key, in 1 min we realize we forget something. When I ask the key to go back to the room, she said wait for housekeeping. I can go back, it will be much faster than waiting housekeeping to bring it down. If you visit gleneagles, this is the best location. But if not, try other place.

Everything just great except the lift service a bit slow

Gotta full furnished room with washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron n hair dryer. Also nice window view to the sea. Will repeat again soon.

There is insects anywhere in the room, please check whether there’s insects home in somewhere inside the unit. Thank you

The apartment was a bit run down. The bathroom cabinets were old. Only provide 1 bottle of soup for body, hand & shampoo. The sofa got stains. Poor selection TV channels only mainstream ones. No Astro. No Netflix. The worst part we have to carry our own rubbish from 15th floor to the basement. Just imagine the lift full of guests & you’re carrying rubbish! The staff were not that friendly. I guess this will be my first & last staying here!
