The location is strategic and near to most of the places of attraction. The shortcomings are the toilet sometimes foul smelling and the room is not sound proof. The other guests walking down aisle is quite noisy.

Overall not bad for this price value.

Location is very strategic. Next time if I go to Penang, I'll definitely book here again. I went to Nasi Kandar Imigresen & Tea Kadai by walking only. Many viral places near this hotel so you don't need to worry about parking. Just park your car near the hotel & walk around. Staff is very friendly. Luckily, we can check in at 12pm instead of 3pm.

nice hotel n strategic location

Perfect stay! Receptionist is very accommodative and friendly! The room is cosy and clean and quiet. Many eateries nearby. Convenient to walk to many of the tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

Check in experience is very bad, try to check in 11pm, no people at the counter, we have waited some time. No choice we have to go out and come back later. After came back ask us to wait until midnight then only can check in due to system problem, and we are so tired. Worst check in experience ever! But one of the good point, the cleanliness of the room is good.

The shower hot & cold faucet need a repair, the water heater either very cold or super boiling hot..

Fantastic location. Street parking was easy to get come evening. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated, however the bathroom fan and air-conditioner filters were rather dusty.

Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and short stay in George Town. Room is quite small but comfortable for a single person who is using the hotel mainly for a night rest.

Despite adjusting the temperature to 18°C, the AC wasn’t quite working well so it was still a bit hot. However, overall, everything was really nice. ✅

This suggestion is the best hotel night sleep, near location to get freely easy to butterworth. Most friendly people around here... Please visit if you're family and friends.... dont miss good opportunities
