The staff is very nice and polite. Experienced water leaking at the bedroom ceilings, the staff changed room for us and apologies politely with a sparking drink. The environment is nice which equipped with gym and swimming pool. The hotel is located in the center of George Town where it make travel to attractions much more easy. They also provide free shuttle bus in the morning to famous breakfast places.

Good and friendly service overall. Happy with the room. But it can be noisy as the room is next to the automatic car park block. Wifi and water dispenser also down in one of the days that we stayed but they fixed it quickly after we called.

Great location and cozy room. water pressure is strong enough for my long hair wash. Definitely recommended for next trip again.

Did not regret booking Granite as my stay in Penang, with it's location smacked in the middle of George town it is very accessible to various attractions and eateries.

The hotel location is fantastic. It's near to shopping malls and the attractions and restaurants are walking distance. We are very disappointed with the room. The room that we were allocated, one of the room's aircon was not working and they sent the technicians to repair it. We requested for a changed of room as it still cannot be resolved after about an hour. We finally moved to our new room after more than 1 hour of waiting. I was kind of looking forward in staying this hotel but the actual vs the photos in the website is very different. There were 2 bedrooms and only 1 is with attached bathroom, the other one is next to the common bathroom at the dinning area. The whole area is very minimalist kind of environment. Toilet has no extra hooks for hanging of clothes. So you'll have to put your clothes or towel by putting the toilet seat cover. The shower screen does not even help the water from splashing out, therefore the floor map is always wet. There is no toilet paper holder and no place for you to put your shower gel etc in the shower room. Throughout the whole day, there is this noise that sounds the aircon compressor sound it's very irritating as it affected my sleep. Overall the hotel service from the attendances are good as they try to attend to the problems but the facilities and the experience we had. I will not recommend or come back again. Totally disappointed!!!

We have a three nights stay at this hotel. It is really a convenient place to travel to most of the attractions and good food. Beside the hot weather, we have a eonderful and enjoyable stay in this hotel. Will choose this hotel agdin for our next visit. Staffs here are mostly friendly and helpful. Grab car to anywhere is do much affordable than Singapore.

Granite Luxury Hotel is a nice place to stay in. I booked room type that has got separate living room and bedroom. Stayed for 4nights. It is almost like an air BnB - cutleries and induction cooker available upon request. I requested for late check out, request not able to be matched but was offered a resting area similar to a room with shower facilities and sofa bed for a few hours - another bonus point added 😉 Room is very clean and location is superb. I truly enjoy my stay

Stay in the new wing. The room was spacious, with a luxurious rain shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some nice eateries and bars located nearby. Overall was a great stay, highly recommended!

Pleasant stay with gracious hospitality. Greeted with a mini glass of fruit punch accompanied by cold towel (which was v helpful in the sweltering heat of Penang). Forgot to take much photos or videos of the room itself but rest assured, it was a true reflection of what was listed. Hence no surprises there, just pure satisfaction. Accommodative to my request of additional pillows too (there’s diff types with a pillow menu). Hotel’s location added to its allure, with easy access to places whether you are grabbing or walking. If I were to nitpick, pool and gym facilities aren’t the most impressive amongst other stays. But overall quality of hotel is still a 4.5 at the very minimum. Will I come back? YEAH

This trip to Penang was a mini babymoon for us. Hotel and service definitely exceeded my expectations. They even have a pillow menu?! I was so excited to get a U-shaped pillow for my pregnant self but sadly it was occupied by other user. I'm not sure if they only had one U-shaped pillow but it will be nice if they have more so preggies won't have to fight for it, but all was good anyway. Pool: Great. They had a notice that they were doing up a pool bar, but it wasn't affecting the pool and it wasn't noisy. Service: the staffs we met were absolutely pleasant. An Indian lady, I couldn't manage to get her name, that check us in was very pleasant. So was Mr Joshua and one other that I didn't catch his name either. But overall attitude and service good, great, fab. 💯 Room: A more than decent size room. Clean and had everything we needed. There was a water refiller along the corridor too. So that was a plus too.

Spacious clean room. Front desk staff is also friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. 5 mins walk to Komtar and First Avenue shopping. Love the hotel amenities and welcome nutmeg drink. Would come back again :)

This trip we stay 4 nights there. Staff still maintain high standard of service, helpful, friendly. Food stalls around the hotel are good too. We had a lovely time there .
