Location good, need to park at victoria garden hotel located at the back. To my suprise all booked(reserved parking with sign board) only at the roof top is without reserved sign board( 5th floor) so. Basically need to go round and round till roof top. I stayed at king room facing the jetty. The window is not sound proof , difficult to sleep as the car goes by on the stripes road producing musical sound. I dont know how to explain😅. Other than that all ok.make sure take a room opposite the road..

I arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. I had decided to switch hotels because I didn't like the one I had stayed at previously. The reception staff were very welcoming and assumed that I had just arrived from the airport. They asked me to rest well and made sure I was comfortable. I was impressed with their hospitality and would like to give them a big thumbs up. The hotel is conveniently located near most attractions and eateries, and there's a bus stop right in front of it. I really appreciated the intricate carvings on the wood, which added a nice touch to the overall decor.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very nice. You can just walk to padang kota or penang street art.However, I would like to mention a small issue that might be less satisfactory. The presence of a yellow line painted to slow down cars in front of the hotel can lead to noise when vehicles pass over it. This noise might cause a disturbance for individuals who are sensitive to such sounds.

The aircond is not cool. We Report at the counter, said the maintenance will check. But when we come back, it's still the same. Nothing different. Will not stay again.

Hotel cleanliness is just so so. Amenities about 15 min walk away. Ok if for budget traveller.

Convenient location in Georgetown, near to beach and just right opposite bus stand. Free parking. Room is not very clean and there’s smell coming out after flushing. Not soundproof and easily get noise from the next room.

The hotel is located on the street but there's a private parking which makes it convenient, the room is comfortable

I always choose to stay in this hotel, but this round feel quite disappointed because there was a lot of stains on the toilet floor and the air con is not functioning well.

First of all this hotel location is excellent because the hotel situated near weld quay and beach lane. Near the Padang Kota Lama and nearby tourist attraction make it suitable for the visitor to stay. But the other than that the hotel service and cleaness is quite miserable, the pillow case is not changed and the visible with dirty stain. place a front office staff that can smile, friendly and charming, good quality... clean room and location very close to all interesting places.. hotel is not handicap friendly.. room is very beautiful and fresh vibe..

The rooms were rather dusty and it triggered some allergies.

Located on a main road. Super noisy with heavy traffic from morning till night almost all the time. Only the guard at the door is good.
