I had one of the best stays in Malaysia in this hotel. Room was neat, spacious and comfortable. I liked the balcony, comfortable chairs and great wifi in out room. The bed and linen were awesome, white, clean and very pleasant to the body.  Hotel is located very close to Paragon gurney mall, gurney plaza and gurney walk. I will highly recommend this place.  P.S. it could be much better if there was gym available for customers who stayed in the hotel, not just for club members:)

Hotel located within walking distance to Gurney Plaza shopping complex and restaurants. and u can see there is very big Siam and Myanmar temple at roadside. The only bad things for this hotel is opposite have a Muslim temple which morning very noisy and room can hear vehicles, roadside noisy sound a bit disturbing while sleeping.

The receptionists are very friendly. Location is good. Price is reasonable. Overall is very recommended. Everything is good. I couldn’t find a single thing that I dislike so far. Everything just good for me.

The bathroom is sting, very bad smell coz the door is shut all the time, the ventilation is extremely poor. The room is filled with that bad smell

Room spacious and clean.overall satisfactory except the face towels r torn,floor no vacuum for days,used mugs remain unwashed for days!But all still acceptable .

a hotel opposite to a mosque..what more do you want..very comforting

Very good stay for the price and location, the bed is not very good however, a little bit on the soft side. Other than that generally a very comfortable place.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Spacious and clean room. Toilet is clean too.

The Hachiban restaurant is good and convenient

Large clean comfortable room with a balcony. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Not in old town center, but right next to waterfront park and lots of food stalls along Gurney Drive, ten minutes walk to malls & supermarket

Nice and comfy room. The bed is too soft for me.
