Ho visitato questa proprietà (come non c'è molta scelta per gli hotel 4-5 a Resorts World Genting, in questo momento), e ciò che mi ha colpito è il processo di check-in. Ricordo che il controllo precedente in solito richiedeva molto e non ben organizzato, il personale del desk front non era attento, un po' di merda, ma questa volta mi hanno impressionato. Quando sono arrivato al lobby, sono stato accolto da un personale di servizio frontale, vi ho accompagnato nelle aree seduta mentre preparavo il controllo in procedure. Il personale è più attento all'esperienza di arrivo degli ospiti ora e non si può mai sentire come se fosse lasciato fuori (come l'ultima volta). Mentre la stanza è ben mantenuta, pulita e benvenuta anche frutta e maschera fornita (per l'ultima volta non ci sono frutta benvenuta!) In generale, la qualità del servizio è migliorata e mantenuta, Highlands Hotel.

The view and environment was great. Customer service was awesome. My son had caught a cold and the customer service had brought a wheelchair and escorted him to a nearby clinic on the Ground floor. Specially thanks to Ms Felicia, Duty Manager, and a very kind gentleman, Mr Saga, for their enthusiasm hospitality. They are very kind, helpful and professional at their job. Also, the room design is quite nice.

Hotel di lusso in cima alla montagna. Absolutamente glorioso. Il personale più attento e amichevole mai sperimentato. Camere più pulite ben progettate. Dopo un giorno di divertimento dal parco tematico, centro commerciale e ******, ci siamo trasferiti nella nostra stanza il giorno dopo per godere della splendida attrazione e della splendida vista sul valle sottostante.

La camera è spaziosa, nessun bagno profumo, fogna, come menzionato da altri soggiornanti. Letti da letto puliti, tranne qualche polvere qui n lì. Check-in veloce e senza problemi. Dal lobby alla stanza alla torre 4 ci sono voluti meno di 2 minuti. Parcheggio gratuito. - Sì, bene. 1. Servizio in camera chiuso molto presto alle 9.2. Richiesta di un bottiglia di acqua e di saldatura e scarpe il giorno 2 mattina fino al momento in cui ho controllato, nulla è venuto (richiesta fatta attraverso il codice qr). 3. Devi pagare per il cubo di ghiaccio.

It is good and enjoyable although the price wise quite high but a least stay away from hustle and bustle like in the First World Hotel a lot of crowds and ppl walking around. If double bedroom in higher floor will be better.

Pros Hotel is great for families. We booked the sixer room as the quad room has been reviewed by other guests that it is far away from lobby. Our sixer room was just above the lobby at level 2. Space was enough for our family of 5 with toddler and we had a connecting room. Our room had a bunk bed. So in total there were 3 queen beds. 2 beds on the bottom and 1 on the bunk bed. Location wise is very convenient as the theme parks, restaurants and supermarket is just right in front of the hotel. There is also a small playground for kids at the lobby reception. Cons The bathroom has a separate cubicle for toilet and shower. But the bathroom has no door! You would have to change your clothes in the shower cubicle. I have never stayed in a hotel where the bathroom has no door, so if you are staying with a big group just be prepared😊 Room has no fan but it is cold outside so not a problem for us during our stay. Breakfast buffet location is not in the hotel. It is in the indoor themepark premise so you need to walk 10-15 minutes for breakfast. Otherwise great stay for families and reasonable price too if you are sharing.

Molto consigliato di prenotare questo hotel. Pulizia e servizi sono pronti. Ma non si può chiedere più come le tole che hanno limiti di quantità così come si desidera chiedere per 3.. possono solo darvi 2 extra. A parte questo, questa viaggia è stata data un complimento 2 biglietti per la macchina via cavo. Mi piace che sia così conveniente viaggiare in alto e in basso con il cavo gratis.

The hotel was former apartment that makes the room so wide with apartment standard. Has a sink etc, the room it self was clean nice, nice bed, nice pillows,nice bathroom but they didnt give toothbrush and toothpaste. They have many restaurants, and lucky i was at tower 2 so easy to reach restaurant and the shuttle stop. The location is wonderfull, on the top of the mountain. But it was sadly when i stay there was big raining all night and morning so all foggy and i cany see the nuce few there, otherwise its wonderfull view if there was no rain. Overall that very nice hotel

Sky d'Mont Suites Genting Highlands si trova vicino al Grand Ion Delemen Hotel & Service Apartment. Sky D'Mont è un autocontrollo in appartamento di servizio. Chiama il numero dell'appartamento e istruiranno il check in procedura. Ci vuole circa 5 minuti di auto per andare al parco tematico. L'appartamento è pulito e confortevole e si può anche cucinare da soli. È vicino il mio kiosk News e si può andare al Grand Ion Delemen Hotel per colazione/lunch o cena.

Il personale è più attento all'esperienza di arrivo degli ospiti ora e non si può mai sentire come se fosse lasciato fuori (come l'ultima volta). Mentre la stanza è ben mantenuta, pulita e benvenuta anche frutta e maschera fornita (per l'ultima volta non ci sono frutta benvenuta!) In generale, la qualità del servizio è migliorata e mantenuta, Highlands Hotel.

the location is quite far from resort world and the shuttle service is not available in the morning, grab is not available during morning. must wait for the shuttle bus by 10am if you have early morning activity is not quite possible anyway you still can take their taxi which way too expensive

Un posto per dormire, senza aria fredda ma molto piacevole, il vecchio ⋯ apparecchiature non sono completi. È il più scomodo preparare il pulsante per la tosta, senza WiFi ☹️.
