Hotels con internet a Genting Highlands

Pros: Un hotel relativamente più nuovo rispetto agli altri hotel a Genting. Personale dell'hotel molto amichevole. I bagagli possono essere aperti e immagazzinati sotto i letti Cons: La camera reale sembra più piccola di quella che si presenta sulle foto. Devi camminare circa 10 minuti dalle camere dell'hotel (ancora più lontano per coloro che soggiornano nelle ali della valle) fino alla via del cielo per cena, shopping ecc. Solo una cortina che separa la stanza dalla zona del bagno, anche se ci sono porte di vetro che possono essere chiuse nel doccia e i cubi di toletta, quindi potrebbe essere un problema se viaggiare con amici. La manutenzione deve garantire attrezzature come il asciugacapelli ecc in buone condizioni, come quello nella nostra stanza ha scioglieto parte plastica.

Shuttle bus is ok and near to first world hotel. Room is spacious. Buy bus fare at hotel is rm7. online purchase for bus is rm6. Customer service is good. Tower 2 ground is the checkin and check out counter.

Sono stati davvero gentili nel fornire frutta il nostro primo giorno, molto gentile hotel per rimanere, tuttavia.. la televisione non lavorava esp la televisione nel bagno non ha un telecomando che funziona. Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella.

1st time here. Amazed with the scenery offered and also on the superb facilities. Check in process is smooth and 2 staffs at reception counter are very polite and greet us with smile. Free flow americano and espresso also offered at the counter. Room is good and the bed and pillows are comfy enough. In house cafe provides good food for dinner and breakfast (to purchase). Pool is good and opened until 10pm. Me and my kids even goes for a swim at 915pm. Definitely will come again in the future with other family members. Worth the price!

Very poor self service check-in process. There were no proper directions and guidance. Used the self check machines hoping to check in early, only to found out that all online bookings of hotels need to first Q up at the OTA line for the staff to input your ID in their booking system before you can do self check in. Total time spent waiting at the OTA Q is about 1 hr. Took a Q number of for service counter to help but they were 50 over people in-front of me. As I have child with me, decided to go for lunch. Came back at 3pm to do self check in and no keep showing no room available. Ended up I had to approach the service counter for help. As I have missed my Q number, I approached the supervisor but was told to wait at counter 10 which was not moving. As I saw counter 7 was cleared, I went up and was served by Miss Dyna. I appreciated her outstanding customer service. Knowing that I had booked 2 rooms, she straight away assigned adjoining rooms for me without asking. However, the first assigned rooms weren’t adjoining so we have to return back to counter and approach her. She apologised and re-assigned the rooms to us and this time is correct. Glad to serve by her which makes our day pleasant. As for the rooms, don’t expect too much. I was assigned to level 4 and facing another room windows. The floors weren’t clean as hair, dirt can still be found on floor, so we go to buy slippers. no wifi in the hotels and network in the rooms were poor. Despite having data roaming or even eSIM it was bad. The only plus point was easy accessible. Best to get better rooms if with children. The rooms photos should be updated as is misleading.

Good:- Smooth check-in/out. Spacious room, neat and tidy Ordered in-room dining too, 25-30 mins waiting time which is fine for me. GT nasi goreng kampung is nice too. Bad:- Oh man the corridor smell. That's not it, also the smell coming from my bathroom drainage. It's so bad. Room abit dusty if you have allergies/sinus pls reconsider. It's not end there, I went to breakfast and there's a queue which is understandable during festive season but... Suddenly a very strong garbage smell coming from the door (refer as picture) just cut off the vibe. The crowd control from staff is bad, they didn't noticed that some people just cut the queue and they let them in.

Book a room without carpark but have hotel guest carpark. Drive out had to QR pay first, in this payment time is wasted my time. TNG pay unsuccessful twice, change to card payment unsuccess also but the guard said can already. Me like huh??? After few minutes recieved msg told that already deduct. Ok good. But 2times want to go out, become the first payment unsuccess and made us need to pay double. This QR pay is not very friendly user.

1) Il personale ha solo una scusa in azioni ”Mi dispiace, non forniamo che XXXX” Mi dispiace, ho 3 camere prenotate, tutti dello stesso tipo. 2 di loro hanno una sedia da scrivania, mi sta dicendo per qualche miracolo che la mia una stanza non dovrebbe avere una? 2) La manutenzione e la manutenzione sono aperte e scioccate al meglio. Camere, in effetti tutto l'hotel puzza di musty. 1 delle nostre 3 porte non possono essere chiuse correttamente. Camere non pulite correttamente, chiaro polvere/molla nera ovunque. 3) Le letti sono da un'età passata con le fonti che hanno rinunciato e non cercano nemmeno di fingere di fornire sostegno. Pagare 4 Star Prezzi per 2 Star qualità e servizio. Non rimanere qui, non vale la pena l'aggravamento.

Misleading! Be careful with their packages. We booked a package stay which is over RM100 more than room only as it included breakfast for two. In the details section it clearly stated ”breakfast for two” under dining and ALSO INCLUDED ”grab and go at cheeky grind”. when we arrived the hotel told us we are only entitled to grab and go NOT buffet breakfast. The grab and go is a set meal with limited choices for drinks and a pastry or a sandwich (which was bland btw). SO NOT WORTH IT. Other people staying who took the package was mislead too. The manager was not helpful. He told us to contact trip. No compensation whatsoever, didn't try to help us except send an email. Customer service won't help you. Trip customer service will go around in circles but won't help either. Overall customer service sucks. Location is ok. One of the nicer hotels in genting. We got level 24, we were surrounded by clouds which is nice. Superior deluxe gets us two huge double beds. Suitable for couples with toddlers. If not for the breakfast issue everything else was ok. I would recommend getting room only then paying for breakfast when u get there.

Amore di questo hotel! Tutto il servizio di punta! Tutto il personale molto amichevole. Cosa chiediamo loro faranno del meglio. Grazie tante! Abbiamo molto piacere questa stanza e la vista. Così bella! E grazie anche al signor Jahid, che ha un buon personale, un atteggiamento molto gentile, molto amichevole, un buon lavoro.
