Il trasporto è conveniente vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, il prezzo è moderato, l'hotel è economico a Parigi!Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel è molto entusiasta e la stanza è piccola.Il metro è a Saint Lazar circa 25 minuti

Wir hatten in den vergangenen vier Tagen in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Sehr zufrieden waren wir mit dem Personal an der Rezeption, denn es war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem uns zugeteilten Zimmer waren wir im Großen und Ganzen auch zufrieden, allerdings war dieses ziemlich klein für uns, weil wir mit unserer 6-jährigen Tochter angereist waren und nach dem Aufblasen ihres Luftbettes blieb im Zimmer so gut wie kein Platz mehr. Der Tisch war sehr klein und es gab nur einen Stuhl dort. Der Bereich der kleinen Küche war bezüglich des Herdes abgeschlossen. Es gab auch so gut wie keinen Geschirr. Dies haben wir uns aufgrund der Hotelfotos anders vorgestellt. So blieb uns von der Küche quasi nur der Kühlschrank. Nicht besonders gut fanden wir auch, dass trotz unserer Erinnerung an der Rezeption es fast durchgehend vergessen wurde, für unsere Tochter Handtücher zu hinterlassen. Das Badezimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber gut ausgestattet. Der sehr große Minuspunkt war für uns der Umstand, dass ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthalts die U-Bahn-Verbindung mit Paris nicht funktionierte, weil für mehrere Tage Schienenersatzverkehr eingerichtet wurde. So wurde aus einer Entfernung zu Paris Stadtmitte anstatt ca 30 Minuten ca 60 Minuten, dazu auch noch 2 bis 3 Mal umsteigen. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, aber wenn man nicht einplant, nach Paris ständig mit eigenem Auto zu fahren, muss man diesen Punkt bei seiner Reiseplanung im Voraus berücksichtigen. Summa summarum: Wenn man kein Problem damit hat, für Fahrten nach Paris ggf 60 Minuten einzuplanen, ist dies im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes und empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Buona qualità rapporto prezzo. Non è molto difficile arrivare dal centro di Parigi perché ci sono molte connessioni e ha una stazione ferroviaria a pochi metri. Buona esperienza! Personale molto gentile. Camere comode.

Buona struttura vicino a fermata metro 13 Gabriel Péri in 30 minuti sei in centro . Asneries è una cittadina molto tranquilla . Vicinissimo all'hotel c'è un supermercato sempre aperto H24 un po' caro ma ben fornito . La posizione va bene per tornare a riposarti dopo tutta una giornata passata a girare Parigi . Adatto per famiglie . Per chi é interessato a vivere la movida notturna diventa un po' complicato tornare con il noctilien N.15 o N.51

Pulito e personale gentile. Arredamento particolare... non il solito. Stanze comode e spaziose. Colazione dolce e salata. Parcheggio interno... ci stanno anche furgoni e un mezzo un po' più grosso... in questo caso meglio avvertire x telefono. Praticamente attaccato ci sono: 2 ristoranti, la metro, supermercato, fermate x mezzi su strada, un parco ”parc des sévines”. Poi camminando x 30 m c'è un parco con un lago e animali ” parc des chanteraines”. Uscendo dall'albergo girando a sinistra, superando la rotonda e sempre dritta... 10 m a piedi c'è un mcdonald's. Direi comodo per tutto. Anche x la torre Eiffel.

Molto buon accoglienza, servizio impeccabile! Il personale è in piccolo cure con i clienti, in particolare Samia. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema climatico e il giorno stesso ci sono cambiati le camere. C'è anche un fermo di autobus a 2 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro di Parigi. In conclusione siamo molto felici della nostra permanenza, abbiamo passato un momento meraviglioso tra madre e figlia.

L'hotel era buono, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, il quartiere è ok! 10-15 min passeggiata al metro. Ci vuole circa 50 minuti (un paio di linee di metro) alle vicinanze del centro di Parigi. Solo una denuncia da noi, dopo aver contattato l'hotel per chiedere se le nostre due camere potessero essere insieme mentre viaggiavamo con 3 bambini, hanno confermato che sarebbe vicino l'uno all'altro ma al loro arrivo erano in realtà in diversi piani e al contrario da Non poteva essere più lontano!! Era buono, anche se usiamo l'hotel come un posto per dormire e era fuori dal mattino fino al tardi ....

When arriving at the hotel we were very happy. Everything was as described, staff and security on Friday 23rd June. Where the most welcoming and accommodating, the cleaners are absolutely lovely and ensure you’re okay. One man, which regretfully I didn’t catch his name went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and helped us multiple times that evening with food deliveries and calling restaurants for us.We were so happy. Last night Friday the man at reception was so kind, gave me change for the vending machine and was all smiles and friendly. So it was quite a shock to me. That on our last night, it’s 2am I wasn’t too well from the food and I needed a drink so I popped down to reception where I went to the vending machine. Couldn’t see a tea on the menu, so I approached the man sitting at reception. I said “Bonjour, hello by any chance do you know if there’s anywhere I can get a tea, or by any chance could I please use a kettle” He responded with “what!?” So I kindly repeated “anywhere I can get a tea? Or borrow a kettle” He then responded, “it’s not my problem, I’m here” I said “oh alright? I was only asking” He then said “why you down here at 2am” and looked at his watch… I said “I came down to get a drink and going for a cigarette.” He said “go to your room” I said “I’m going for a cigarette, you can’t smoke in the hotel rooms” And then he started talking in French to the security waving his hands around, doing smoking motions and pointing outside. Security then walked directly at me, and started speaking at me in French. I honestly had no idea what was going on. He turned around and went back to his desk. I walked out for a walk and a cigarette. Returned and they were staring and talking in French. Quite honestly I felt intimidated, on edge and very angry. The cheek, I pay for my holiday, my room. My stay. There is no rules in place stating I cannot exit my room at a certain time. The night before and the Friday, I spent most my evening outside with security and at the reception with the lovey staff. This man I had not seen while staying here, and was quite abrupt, rude and condescending. I didn’t dare ask for his name, but he is an old-ish guy, grey hair. Honestly, he has let this hotel down massively and I don’t quite understand what I did so wrong. A nice simple response of “sorry I can’t help you; no kettles” or “a little busy, if it’s not in vending machine- it’s not available”. But he felt the need to imprison me and send me to my room. At first, I’d have recommended this hotel but because of this I DO NOT recommend staying here, customer service skills are AWFUL from these 2 members of your staff.

Personale corretto, ma hotel più che deplorevole. La camera si sta accertando, ma una moquette sforzata, una doccia che scappa da tutto con una grande flacone all'uscita nella camera da bagno, nessun insonorizzazione sulla strada aveva l'impressione di dormire la finestra aperta perché manca una mano sulla Finestra esterna che è mantenuta con una gobeletta in cartone offerto dall'hotel per cercare di chiudere la prima finestra con la seconda. Aria condizionata reversibile che non mi è in strada quindi non c'è riscaldamento e matite poco confortevoli. Non mi consiglio molto questo hotel per una notte. Sarebbe più necessario un lavoro di gioventù. Mi dispiace per questo parere negativo, ma non trovo corretto tale negligenza della serva per la notte.
