Nessuna camera singola. Ogni camera ha 3-6 persone. Si consiglia di venire con 2 amici. La posizione è perfetta, vicino al lago di Ginevra, stazione di autobus, stazione ferroviaria, 20 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. Il colazione è piuttosto buono e tradizionale. Il tempo del colazione inizia a 6.30am. In generale, è una buona scelta economica se si vuole solo rimanere per 1-3 giorni. Buon posto per riposare e rinfrescare se stessi.

Ok, this place is a little gem!! My flight landed before 8am and I needed to find a hotel in Geneva. They had a room so I took it. They had it cleaned and ready for me by 8:45am! It was SO clean. I work in healthcare and I’m a bit germ conscious. The cleaning surpassed my standards. I’m backpacking so I left my products at home. This was a bit of a risk as I detest the chemical flowery fragrances in which the US seems committed to douse everything from soap to trash bags!! Anyway, their products were top quality (the lotion actually moisturizes) and had almost no fragrance. I’ve admitted I’m germ conscious but carrying a backpack can be rough on the muscles. So I opted for a long bath (that I even considered this tells you how I felt about the cleanliness.) Their tub is divine and they provide bath salts!! Finally, I arrived completely jet lagged. Street noise when I checked in made me nervous about sleeping there. It was amazingly quiet. I slept great. The staff is quite helpful and kind. The front desk clerks had good English I did not use the breakfast offerings but I can say their coffee isn’t great. But. Geneva isn’t known for coffee. Beyond the coffee, the only change I would make to this great little hotel would be to move it somewhere more lovely in Geneva. Of course, then it wouldn’t be so insanely inexpensive for what they offer. So, I’ll leave it where it is. I felt perfectly safe, the neighborhood simply doesn’t have the charm of much of Geneva. I recommend this highly.

Il vecchio hotel di carte, vicino alla strada, ha molte stronzate alla porta, è meglio trovarlo.Non è molto buono per parcheggiare, devo trovarlo.Ho parcheggiato vicino alla linea blu per un'auto, ho dato una multa di 40 franchi svizzeri per troppo tempo, è una tassa di parcheggio. La stanza non è grande, c'è una macchina per caffè, c'è tre ristoranti cinesi all'altra parte del bar, ci sono molti ristoranti italiani e simili. È vicino un grande supermercato. Passeggiare verso il lago di Ginevra è relativamente vicino. È possibile raggiungere il lago, molto piacevole.

I needed a hotel for one night, as my friends were picking up the next day to head to the ski resort. I took the 66 bus from the airport that drop me off six minutes away from the hotel. 45 min bus fr Geneva city centre. Lots of construction in the area. Pleasant hotel, lovely common area, very modern . The room has a kitchenette, which I found pleasantly surprising as I got to make tea and porridge in the morning. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, but that's OK, very spacious, and would love to stay there again .

Mi è stato detto che non c'era nessuno che lavorasse sul divano di fronte all'arrivo, e che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta e aperta ad aspettarmi. Dopo aver entrato nell'hotel con il loro numero sicuro, ho scoperto che la camera da letto che mi avevano assegnato era chiusa. Ho provato ad aprire la porta diverse volte, ma non riuscivo a entrare. Ho cercato di contattare il personale dell’hotel per telefono e app di messaggio, senza alcuna risposta. Altre cose: - Ci sono state poche persone che si attaccano intorno al lobby anche tardi alla notte. Letteralmente, nessuno di loro avrebbe potuto accedere alla stanza se fosse stata aperta. - Ho trovato un altro che aveva lo stesso problema che ho fatto; ho finito per andare in giro a metà della notte per trovare un altro hotel. Quando ho contattato l'Hotel St. Gervais il giorno dopo, mi è stato detto che tutto era colpa mia per ”non seguire le istruzioni”. Hotel St. Gervais mi ha contato come un show e mi ha rifiutato di rimborsare il soggiorno. Linea inferiore: terribile processo di check-in - completamente senza personale e insicurezza. Nessuna responsabilità. Poco servizio clienti.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Struttura situata a circa sette minuti di taxi dall’aeroporto e fuori dal centro comunque facilmente raggiungibile con i tram 14 e 18 che si prendono entrambi a 50 metri dall’hotel e con solo 15 minuti ti portano in pieno centro fermata Bel Air da dove si è già ai piedi del centro storico e sul lago. La struttura si presenta rinnovata da ristrutturazione ma ritengo molto disorganizzata e certamente da migliorare su tanti aspetti. Le camere sono più che comode con letto matrimoniale king size purtroppo non sistemato all’italiana ma con i piumini a sacco. Bagno comodo con ampia doccia dove ovviamente è assente il bidet, mancano inoltre le ciabatte che per un 4 stelle è grossa pecca e nel frigo non ci sono bevande se non una bottiglia d’acqua che fanno trovare sul tavolo all’arrivo. Purtroppo lascia a desiderare la pulizia ed ancor peggio il secondo giorno non avevano neppure fatto la stanza per poi pulirla (in 10 minuti!!!) su ns richiesta intorno alle 18,00 e lascio spazio all’immaginazione sul livello della pulizia effettuata. Colazione sia di dolce che salato accettabile e con svariate proposte. Personale più che disponibile sia alla reception dove all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un ragazzo che parlava pure italiano molto propenso a dare info, simpatici e disponibili anche in sala colazione. Check In e Check out troppo lenti e seppur con poche persone in attesa questo dovuto dalla presenza di un solo operatore, situazione che abbiamo notato anche nei gironi del ns soggiorno. Ritengo comunque sia una buona soluzione per chi vuole spendere parecchio in meno rispetto alle strutture in pieno centro anche per il semplice e veloce collegamento con il tram quest’ultimo come i bus si possono utilizzare totalmente gratuiti facendosi consegnare i biglietti alla reception che valgono per tutto il Vs soggiorno.

L'hotel è a circa 1,5 o 2 chilometri dall'aeroporto, puoi prendere un autobus dall'aeroporto all'hotel, ma dopo le 23:00 non ci sono mezzi di trasporto generali e devi prendere un taxi costoso o camminare. Oltre al disagio di andare e tornare dall'aeroporto a tarda notte, in realtà è comodo viaggiare in altri orari: la stazione del tram della metropolitana leggera è nelle vicinanze ed è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Ginevra. L'ambiente e l'igiene dell'hotel sono molto buoni.

Un bel castello, solo che siamo stati ospitati 100 metri dietro la seconda casa, che naturalmente non era visibile dal sito web. Questo si chiama ”grande” e è molto meno buono. La notte a seconda costato Fr 146.-- incluso colazione. Era fuori di giorno 34 gradi e nella stanza anche di notte min 28-30 gradi. Poiché non c'era né ventilatore né aria condizionata, Non riuscivamo a dormire. Un frigorifero ci fu solo uno nel corridoio per tutti, così moderato WG. La stanza era piccola, ma ok, pulito, il bagno anche, il letto bene, non si può sospendere nulla. Dalla colazione siamo stati delusi. Solo una grande tavola dentro, tutti gli altri fuori. A 35 gradi e Wespen avremmo preferito mangiare dentro, se spazio. Il buffet era quasi vuoto e indesiderato alle 9:10: sottili di ceramica, ma a questo proposito, tazze di carta, non più bicchieri e poco ancora mangiabile. Offizialmente, la colazione è fino alle 09:30. Alle 09:32 questa era stata sbarazzata, proprio disgustosa. Dammi il bellissimo hotel, l'ambiente, ma non saremmo arrivati neanche di notte.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.
