we did a check in at night and everything went smoothly. concierge recommended a few dining places nearby which are still open. our duplex room is pretty cute and spacious.

We had the balcony room but is only assesible via a spiral stair case... Very hard for lots of luggages, sound proofing is not good as well ammenities are goo as expected if apart hotel ( micro wave, fridge ,stove etc)

Very basic, noisy and missing regular cleaning service. To me it is a 3*. The location is very good though.

Conveniently located near the train station (4 mins walk) and in the heart of the city centre. Booked the studio with balcony because it looked good on the website but the stairs took me by surprise… The hotel should have made it more apparently as I was carrying 2 big 23 kg luggage and other hand luggage

The hotel is conveniently located near the Geneva main train station. The distance is walkable for around 5 minutes. It does not have a gym now but cooperates with a gym next to it for CHF10 per entry.

The hotel is near the train station, bus station and the lake. The staff here are amazing. The room is adequate and has everything we need for the 2 nights stay. The pillow feels a bit lumpy thou. But we managed to sleep well still. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor and we have the lake view to our left and mountain view to the right.

Everything is OK, except that the door is a bit difficult to open. Every time I need to try several times.

Very good location. Fully equipped. Great view to the city. I enjoyed it.

I think the hotel is undergoing renovations. The hotel logo was not lit up, there were only two small pillows, and while using the hairdryer, the entire room lost power.

The whole stay was pleasant but the room are not properly isolated, we were complaining almost every night to the front desk because we can here people having sex in the middle of the night with no remorse.

Cozy apartment type, with all amenities that the traveler needs, good location) Nice staff

Super convenient, just 5 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to lake geneva!

Near the main station, but there are rebuilding process, some mess hard to avoid.
