Ristorante inserito in un resort ginevrino con vista sul lago e parco . Dispone di sale a tema : la mia preferita la Loti , che ti accoglie come una giungla misteriosa con arredamento a tema lodge africano dove domina un camino con elefante, tra piante esotiche e pappagalli. D’atmosfera anche la Tse Fung a tema cantonese , con menu stellato. Ricco il buffet proposto in occasione del Capodanno con una menzione particolare per i crostacei , pesce e frutti di mare . Nella media invece il secondo sia il filetto di beuf che quello di San Pietro . Probabilmente eccessivo il ricarico sui vini e champagne, ma adeguato alla location . Vale la pena cenarvi …almeno una volta l’anno

I have traveled, half of the planet and stayed in thousands of hotels, this is one of the best by far in terms of location, staff, professionalism, F&B. Smily professional staff, from the reception down to the skipper of the boat. the details on everything from a single cup of cappuccino with La Reserve Logo on the cream, down to the amazing breakfast, is simply Best in Class and second to none! I want to applaud the professionalism of the La Reserve staff. I have travelled there twice for business but this is a super nice hotel for a family stay as well! Until my next stay many thanks and all the best!! KS

This website for this property is deceiving and dishonest about their rooms. I note that I am not the only one with this complaint. What they advertise and what you get do not match, and when you complain you are treated with contempt. Clearly, your money is much more important than your satisfaction. I paid a premium for a suite which is advertised to have beautiful view of the grounds. Instead I got a room with a view of a garage roof and a brick wall. Further, there were multiple defects in the room. My first complaints were completely ignored. My subsequent complaint and request to speak with the manage resulted in the concierge being sent to deal with me and showing me a room with a view of the hotel roof. Other properties would move you automatically to a better room or offer you a discount. Not this one. The only offer I received after I returned home was that on my 'next visit' I would be given a room with a view.

Sincerely I want to thank La Reserve Geneva for their outstanding hospitality as always ! Their location is just beautiful, kids club is wonderful. Reception Team is just amazing and always so helpful! Special thanks goes to Mr. Fabienne Coubry and Mr. Abder. I am always amazed how LR creates such a great and warm atmosphere. Truly wonderful holidays at LR and those memories will last forever. Definitely we be back soon )) ❤️

The hotel staff are all a delight and could not have better manners or intentions. But what they have to work with is another matter. I don't think this is 'the hotel for us' but I don't think it is for the 21st century either, except for the outstandingly nice staff. We booked a Lakeview room through American Express Fine Hotels which normally promotes high-quality establishments. But we couldn't see the lake from the windows as we were on the ground floor and instead we had people walking past our room. In the morning the gardeners were mowing the lawn right outside from an early hour but without them one has the noise of the main road out of Geneva at the bottom of the garden. The room was tight and very dated, without adequate sockets on each side of the bed for example and a bath tub too narrow to describe as pleasant let alone luxurious. The public spaces of the hotel and the corridors are astonishing relics of 1980s bad taste; very clean but the most hideous riot of fake architecture, leopard print carpets and the feeling that it was a film set for 'night-time films' that I don't watch or a movie staring Divine, which would of course be a parody. The main restaurant had a DJ in the evening, so having invited two 80 year old Geneva friends for dinner we had to leave as a conversation was not possible with that noise. So un-dignified.

I had the most wonderful stay at La Réserve Geneva. The delivered level of service was very attentive and personalized; the team anticipated all of my needs in the restaurants and time overall in the hotel. My room was elegant with carefully selected ameniities - simply a place of tranquility after a long day of work. All in all a truly exceptional stay where comfort and sophistication meet and are in harmony.

Perfectly located resort, 5 minutes from airport, and very close from the city (even easier to reach with the private, free, boat shuttle). Large, comfortable and well equiped rooms. Spacious bathrooms, many with separate toilets and italian showers. Perfect service throughout the property. Tse Fung and Lotti amongst the best restaurants in Geneva. Perfect pace to take a break or to hold business with a holidays scent.

Such a wonderful stay at La Reserve Geneva - what a peaceful retreat. The Hotel is beautifully located with access to the Lake and provides a shuttle boat to the city center. The service is outstanding and the food just amazing. Highly recommended.

Ideally located, five minutes from the airport and even less from a motorway exit, this hotel has it all. Wonderful, rooms, restaurants, SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, kids club. It is a real enchantment from the moment you enter. For people who need to go to downtown Geneva, a complementary boat trip will take you there in 20 minutes. I try to think of negatives, but cannot come up with anything plausible. its just the best of the best
