Clean room and very Accessible location

The breakfast buffet was good P900 the other stuff are respectful the others not

このホテル２回目です。一番は空港に送迎を無料でしてくれます。この町はタクシーがいないので非常によい、他はスタッフは良く挨拶してくれて気持ちがよい。場所は便利な場所ですがホテルからの景観はゼロに等しい。 あと良いアイデアと感じたのは各フロアーにウォーターサーバーがいくつも備えてあり水を買う必要性かない。

The food was great at the coffee shop especially thr breakfast

Had a nice stay, one of the best Hotels in town. The staff even helped me to charge my phone.

the Hotel Staff are very accommodating and friendly, the services is very good, the Trip.com booking system is superb, that is why i switched from Agoda to Trip.com

Staff is wonderful, location is close to everything

The hotel is very pleasant, I felt like I went to IKEA showroom. The staffs were so friendly especially to the team staff assigned at The Kitchen Table. Super accommodating and approachable and the food is tasty. The room is clean and secured and very sustainable in reducing plastic waste (water dispenser were provided outside the room and you got pitcher to fill-in; no tissues but got towels). The hotel is also convenient as it is near to SM & KCC malls. The hotel is totally modern and aesthetic.

The hotel was clean, classy and overall friendly staffed. However i noticed while completing my check out process, going over the charges, a staff appeared talking on a cellphone discussing personal matters, which distracted me and my discussion with the Front desk lady. It would be more professional if such phone conversations can be done privately in the office.

Loved the hotel's outstanding service! Can't wait to come back. The staff went above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

In my opinion, only two good places to stay here and at Greenleaf Greenleaf is always full. This one is most of the time for so I would recommend reserving as far out as possible. Otherwise you might not have a room all the other places are cheaper but not worth staying.

Hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from airport. condition is above average in this area, staff is nice and helpful, free breakfast is just a meh. don't expect too much though. Price is acceptable, def will stay there again if im visiting Gensan again. The reason I'm giving the property contidion and facilities an OK is that the door lock's battery was dead and I couldn't enter the room, even after the staff helped me get into the room, I had to leave the door open for 10 or more minutes until the staff changed the lock's battery.

There was no shower gel in the dispenser when I arrived at the room. TV is difficult to operate.

This review is based on the premier room which is P4990/night. The room was basically OK with plenty of storage space and a big desk (but no spare power sockets anywhere near it). The sofa was torn in several places. The wifi was reliable but only about 8mbps. The king bed was actually 2 single beds with a ridge in the middle. The TV signal was bad and the picture kept breaking up. The room curtains don't shut out the light because the A/C unit is too big and gets in the way, and the windows are not double-glazed so the traffic noise is seriously loud. But the worst thing about the room was the bathroom, which was tiny and impractical. There are no spare shelves to put your toiletries, and the shower design causes water to flow all over the bathroom floor. To see the room service menu you have to scan a QR code, but the hotel's website is broken so that doesn't work and you have to get someone to bring the menu to your room. Breakfast was poor quality (pizza? really?) and the breakfast room doesn't seat enough people so you end up waiting around for a table. No fresh juices, only sugar-packed artificial stuff. I saw an espresso machine after breakfast but wasn't offered this choice when seated. Overall, the Avior is extremely disappointing (everything looks pretty but is very badly designed) and I won't use it again. It's definitely way, way overpriced. The premier room is worth maybe P2000/night, no more. I dread to think what the standard rooms are like.
