There are 2 things this hotel has going for it...the Koena Spa and Kota restaurant. Other than that, the property is tired and dated, and the staff is sp**** and unable to solve the simplest issues. I booked a weekend getaway for myself and 2 friend. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds for our stay and made reservations with Koena spa. This was a Saturday overnight stay. The room was satisfactory for our purposes however the hallways were dingy and the room doors all the way down the hallways were damaged and peeling. One of the elevators was not aligning on the floors so you had to be careful not to trip when stepping in or out. Also, the front desk staff was not super welcoming or engaging. I have stayed at several other Doubletree properties and there is usually a warm welcome (including warm cookies) and that was not the case at all at this location. The room itself was clean but dated circa early 2000s. I stayed at this hotel a decade ago when it was an independent property and the decor/furniture has not changed a bit. When we arrived back from dinner, neither tv worked in the suite. One didn't even have power. We tried to contact the front desk from the room phone several times with no answer. Finally, I went down to the desk and the desk agent had no idea what to do to help as she indicated the maintenance staff was gone for the day. She offered batteries for the remote, which was not the issue. She noted the room number and indicated someone would look at it the next day...we were only staying one night. The location is excellent due to the adjacent Koena Spa. A quick trip down the elevator and you are right there at the spa entrance. A relaxing experience spending the whole day in the hot-cold cycles. In the lobby, the Japanese fusion restaurant, Kota, is another bonus. Great food and service. The bartender was very engaging and fun and the wait staff was excellent. Delicious menu and a beautiful terrace overlooking the spa deck and sunset. Overall, the spa and restaurant balanced out the tired hotel and subpar service. If you can book a promo for $150 or less it's fine. Otherwise, I would look at an Ottawa hotel.

Questa recensione è troppo tardi, ma ho promesso di confessare una così va qui. Ci siamo trasferiti come famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 bambini, e durante l'estate dell' agosto 2020. A volte gli hotel Quality Inn possono essere ombra, ma questo è stato TERRIFIC. Sono molto onesta, abbiamo soggiornato in hotel MNY Quality Inn in tutto il paese e abbiamo dovuto andare via, ma questo a Gatineau era: molto pulito, assolutamente amichevole controllo del personale (Daniel Sarazin), piscina all'aperto che era ben tenuto e grande, E' stato un'ottima posizione (vicina a Costco e Ottawa). Ora, per questo mi sto prendendo il tempo di scrivere un recensione: il vero e proprio grande servizio clienti da parte del personale Daniel Sarazin. Egli ha anche dimostrato di essere molto utile nel nostro soggiorno con risposte alle domande e richieste speciali. Spero che sia ancora lì per il vostro soggiorno! Le persone come questo devono essere altamente apprezzate dai proprietari dell'hotel, perché esattamente come trattano i clienti ci spingerà a scrivere recensioni positive, e diventare ospiti di ritorno.

Location was good for my purpose. Location is always subjective your needs. Breakfast above average for an included breakfast. Coffee tea and hot chocolate was available 24/7 in the reception area. Fast check-in and checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful.

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, l'ambiente circostante è tranquillo e la neve bianca è molto atmosfera quando si arriva alla notte, quindi l'alloggio è ripetutamente prolungato e alla fine si trova nello stesso hotel 11 notti. Durante la partenza, è solo necessario informare il cameriere di pulire la stanza. Il resto del tempo non sarà molestato e molto comodo.

La sala di sostituzione era eccellente e mentre la telecamera era inoperativa, potevo swap rapidamente e senza fuss per una telecamera di lavoro. Il ristorante era buono, e mentre un po' prezioso, era delizioso. La pulizia di tutte le aree comuni e la stanza stessa era di prima qualità, vicino all'aeroporto di Ottawa, così super conveniente per i viaggiatori, e non ho mai sentito niente dall'esterno, così il suono è eccellente. Resterò qui, certamente.

Ottawa Marriott Hotel è il luogo ideale per riposare, andare in vacanza con la vostra famiglia e godere della comoda posizione nel centro della città. Ho soggiornato con mia moglie per cinque notti su questa proprietà. In primo luogo, la posizione è ideale perché è nel centro della città. Lo Chateau Laurier è l'hotel iconico di Ottawa. Purtroppo, durante il Covid, non è stata la più grande esperienza. Primo, niente pulizie. In secondo luogo, nessun parcheggio custodito e il parcheggio dell'hotel era sempre pieno, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a circa 10 minuti di distanza. Terzo, servizio incoerente e nessun servizio in camera. Il prodotto è probabilmente migliore in tempi normali, ma il prezzo era troppo alto per il valore. Positivo era la camera più grande con vista sugli edifici del parlamento canadese.
