Hotels con Colazione a Gatineau

Un piccolo hotel chicco, che si trova direttamente sul tratto principale di Gatineau, la stanza era di grande dimensione, anche se la piccola stanza del bagno lasciava molto da desiderare; era vecchia, datata, così piccola che il bacino era nella stanza principale. Il letto era molto confortevole e la struttura del desk/TV era grande. Molte ricette convenienti per la condizionamento dei telefoni e simili. Il frigo nel tavolo ha fatto quel tavolo molto caldo e immagino che i frigoriferi non durerà quanto bruciato deve essere una cosa ... Strano, intorno a direzioni per arrivare al tubo caldo dalla nostra stanza; assicuratevi di lasciare una traccia di pane crumb o si può essere persi per sempre. Il personale del Front Desk era professionale e completamente bilingue, che è stato molto apprezzato.

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, l'ambiente circostante è tranquillo e la neve bianca è molto atmosfera quando si arriva alla notte, quindi l'alloggio è ripetutamente prolungato e alla fine si trova nello stesso hotel 11 notti. Durante la partenza, è solo necessario informare il cameriere di pulire la stanza. Il resto del tempo non sarà molestato e molto comodo.

Cambiate hotel. Nel bagno dietro la porta ciocche di capelli, pulizia scarsa. Al check in hanno tentato di farci pagare la colazione nonostante fosse inclusa (avevamp prenotato direttamente sul sito BW). Al check out, pur avendo rinunciato alla camera con balcone per averne una senza balcone ma ad un piano più alto (con operatore al check in che ci aveva detto che avremmo risparmiato!) volevano farci pagare una cifra più alta di quella presente sulla prenotazione originale, mettendo in dubbio che la prenotazione cartacea che avevamo in mano era vecchia (!!!). il Manager presente è stato davvero scontroso e antipatico. Non ci tornerei. Di buono l'hotel ha solo la posizione proprio al di là del fiume, vicino alla collina del Parlamento

La stanza è molto confortevole e pulita. Il servizio, anche se la stanza è prenotata in anticipo, è un po' lungo all'albergo. Ci manca un ristorante dove si può pranzo, cena e cena con qualcosa di diverso da un buffet. Non che non fosse buono, ma dopo due giorni di buffet, avrei mangiato qualcosa di diverso. Poiché l'hotel è situato in un centro di edifici governativi in generale e che c'era una tempesta di neve, i resti sembravano lontani ...

La camera è grande e pulita, con tavolo e poltrone. Due bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo in camera e ottimi i prodotti per il bagno. La colazione e ottima e abbondante. Il personale bilingue è gentile ed accogliente

Non disponevano di prodotti per l'igiene femminile in loco. :( Sono stato preso dal panico per TUTTO il tempo per tutto il lino bianco .. Tutti i dipendenti sono stati estremamente piacevoli con cui parlare! Prenoterò di nuovo, ma non durante la ”settimana degli squali”!

There are 2 things this hotel has going for it...the Koena Spa and Kota restaurant. Other than that, the property is tired and dated, and the staff is sp**** and unable to solve the simplest issues. I booked a weekend getaway for myself and 2 friend. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds for our stay and made reservations with Koena spa. This was a Saturday overnight stay. The room was satisfactory for our purposes however the hallways were dingy and the room doors all the way down the hallways were damaged and peeling. One of the elevators was not aligning on the floors so you had to be careful not to trip when stepping in or out. Also, the front desk staff was not super welcoming or engaging. I have stayed at several other Doubletree properties and there is usually a warm welcome (including warm cookies) and that was not the case at all at this location. The room itself was clean but dated circa early 2000s. I stayed at this hotel a decade ago when it was an independent property and the decor/furniture has not changed a bit. When we arrived back from dinner, neither tv worked in the suite. One didn't even have power. We tried to contact the front desk from the room phone several times with no answer. Finally, I went down to the desk and the desk agent had no idea what to do to help as she indicated the maintenance staff was gone for the day. She offered batteries for the remote, which was not the issue. She noted the room number and indicated someone would look at it the next day...we were only staying one night. The location is excellent due to the adjacent Koena Spa. A quick trip down the elevator and you are right there at the spa entrance. A relaxing experience spending the whole day in the hot-cold cycles. In the lobby, the Japanese fusion restaurant, Kota, is another bonus. Great food and service. The bartender was very engaging and fun and the wait staff was excellent. Delicious menu and a beautiful terrace overlooking the spa deck and sunset. Overall, the spa and restaurant balanced out the tired hotel and subpar service. If you can book a promo for $150 or less it's fine. Otherwise, I would look at an Ottawa hotel.

The staff were all great. The bed was very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet in the room...we heard a bit of noise coming from the hallway but not much, and no noise from neighboring rooms or outside. The breakfast was awesome for a free breakfast. We are coffee snobs and it was good and available all day, which was appreciated. The room was fairly clean. The only thing not great was a half-eaten days-old pizza was left in the fridge by precious guests so the cleaning staff didn't check the fridge between guests. This was the only thing that kept us from rating our stay 5/5. I do recommend this property overall.

Stayed in the hotel while attending an event in the same hotel. The building location is like few others in the country. Overlooking the city, and one of the waterways between Ontario and Quebec. Part of the ****** complex, it has many more amenities than your regular “city” hotel. Common areas are extremely well kept although there were some work happening inside and outside but something you can overlook. The room that I’ve got was very well designed with two beds, working area, sofa, and a large entryway with a small pantry and the closet. The bathroom is way bigger than others and with a bathtub and enormous shower. All amenities included. Internet service is free and very good. The other services like pool, spa, gym, etc I didn’t use but they look very well kept. Overall, great value and excellent location.
