When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, the the front desk asked me to pay an additional fee to check in. Then, when I arrived for the second time, I couldn't check in, but I couldn't cancel the order. I can't even stay in the hotel....

離機場很近，據説可以送機但沒試過。離羅徹斯特大學也僅10分鐘路程。早餐主要是肉腸，水果。房間還挺大的，每天有人打掃，美國賓館好像都不提供拖鞋，不想光腳要自帶。周邊比較荒涼，主要是歇腳的地方。

這家酒店服務一般，但是非常不講道理，衹知道賺錢，我紐約飛羅切斯特的航班被取消了，第一時間告知酒店，而且也給提供了航司的證明。但是酒店不予理睬，我反覆申請了好幾次都是沒有説任何理由就是不給取消。大家如果要住的話要注意了，這是一個不講道理的酒店。下面附上航班取消的證明。請大家注意。

特別好的酒店，離機場很近，還負責送去機場，服務也特別好。

離機場很近，隨叫隨到的去機場班車，即使半夜三點鐘。要搭早班飛機的上佳選擇。早飯結束得有點兒早，九點鐘就結束了，但是你可以問服務員要一些食品。其他類似於快捷酒店，房間有空調，還挺乾淨的，前台服務也不錯。有免費熱水、咖啡。
