Alla reception, una ragazza cortesissima. In stanza troviamo acqua e succhi di frutta come benvenuto. Pausa Tè alle 16.00 con dolci e bevande. Un ricordo in camera per gli ospiti: una cartolina di carta ecologica da portare via e piantare!! Crescerà una pianta di basilico per ricordare la vacanza a Garda! Piccoli segni di accoglienza e di alta professionalità.

Tutto perfetto! La camera vista lago poi... era il top! Come la colazione in terrazza con stessa vista ... Prenotato solo per un paio di giorni, ma devo dire che terrò presente per un prossimo weekend a Garda... consigliatissimo!!!

Location splendida vista lago. Ottima accoglienza, tutti squisitamente cortesi. Sevizio bar e ristorante all'altezza delle Stelle. Pulizia in tutta la struttura eccellente. A pochi passi si trova la spiaggia con un panorama incantevole!!!

Bel posto con vista sul lago, hotel molto pulito ed all'interno appena rinnovato, cibo ottimo, personale molto gentile e disponibile , piscina piccolina ma con bel solarium sempre vista lago, camere molto belle con letti enormi e comodissimi.

La mia signora mi ha regalato un fine settimana in quel del Lago di Garda, soggiornando in questo hotel! La location esterna offre una mini piscina ben attrezzata, il bar interno abbastanza fornito, la colazione attentamente preparata e varia nel suo genere, il parcheggio risulta un pò difficoltoso. La camera vista lago pulita ma strettina viste le stelle! Il personale alla hall disponibile e simpatico. La distanza dal centro di Garda praticamente 5 minuti a piedi. La vista Lago molto coinvolgente.

Hotel molto bello,in posizione strategica con parcheggio privato molto ombreggiato. Parti comuni molto belle e pulite, bar superiorità do tutto ,aperto fino alle 24.00, ed altro punto a favore del bar ,la professionalità e la cordialità di Brenda!!! Cucina ottima e ben curata, stanza bellissima e pulitissima!!! Se si viaggia in coppia danno anche la possibilità di avere fiori in stanza all'arrivo per fare una sorpresa alla propria meta! BRAVI!!!!

Not bad, but not great either. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom and shower were small.Also, that the shower stall was extremely slippery. As a side note, we are vegans, and informed the hotel prior to visiting. Breakfast was fine, but they were unable to accommodate us for dinner. This wasn’t an issue, except for one stormy night when we would have preferred to stay in. Also of note was the bedding. Americans like king size comforters to go with king size beds. This hotel provided small duvets for each of us. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of if it matters to you. One final pick: no one seemed to know of any tours in the area. However, it turned out that there was a list of free walking tours located in the elevator. Unfortunately, the only time we used the elevator was when we were checking out.

Just returned from our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel. The facilities are excellent and the staff so friendly, efficient and welcoming. We had exactly the same room as last year. It is not as big as some we have experienced but suits our needs perfectly with plenty of storage space, more than enough charging points and a balcony that benefits from afternoon sun. The hotel is a short walk from the ferry point and local restaurants. The food is excellent with plenty of choice and in the unlikely event that there is an evening when there is nothing on the menu that you like they will always cook a chicken breast. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel was fantastic. Situated a 3 minute walk from Garda centre. Lovely clean well appointed rooms-we had a lake front room and opted for Half Board. Food was amazing. Pool was great and all staff were so very friendly. Pool area swept and mopped everyday,

A very good hotel,free pool towels,pool area very nice. Nice touch is the afternoon tea at 4pm with cakes and savouries. Al a carte for evening meal generally good but did have a poor main meat dish as it was overly fatty. Drinks expensive, a 0.75l bottle of water will set you back €3.90 as an example. Room small but nice with a sea view. Free bottle of water in your room every day if required. Free safe and fridge provided but alas no aircon until mid May but they did provide a fan which was sufficient. Tea making facilities in room. WiFi signal keeps dropping then returning. TV does have British TV but signal dies most nights. Room cleaned well, until you run a finger across the top of door frames. Months and months of dust there. Breakfast is the usual. Overall a hotel worthy of 3.5 star with small improvements needed for being upgraded to a 4 star imo.

Hotel is in a great position in the town of Garda, very close to the ferry terminal and only a short walk to the town. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent with a good choice at both breakfast and evening meal. We certainly plan to return to the Hotel Excelsior Le Terrazze as soon as we can. Recommend a bus trip to Verona, Garda bus station is a short walk from the hotel where you can buy return tickets. Also recommend a ferry trip to Sirmione, a lovely picturesque town. Ferry’s are efficient but can be quite busy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from our second visit and it was as good as before. We booked direct with the hotel again and they arranged included transfers from the airport. Since our last visit five years ago all the public areas have been refurbished making it much lighter and more open in the bar and restaurant. We had the other one of the two front lake view rooms on the top floor with a huge terrace and this room was slightly bigger, but the same wonderful view of the lake and quayside. The hotel is a short walk from the main lakeside area and the ferry. We took the ferry to Lazise and walked the six miles back along the lake promenade and through Bardolino which helped to work off a bit of the lovely hotel food! Also took the ferry to Sirmione. Thanks to all the staff especially Vito and Donato in the restaurant, Brenda in the bar and the very hardworking lady who kept our room clean. Hope to be back again soon.

Excellent hotel spotlessly clean rooms and hotel in general. Food was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel very good place for going on ferry’s also going in to Garda town lots of places too eat ( but didn’t need to) All in one word FANTASTIC

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel last week. On arrival I upgraded to a double room with pool view at extra cost. I was delighted to be able to do this as I was unable to book this through Jet2. Thank you Eliana for arranging this. The view was all I imagined it to be. Everyone I met at this hotel was welcoming and helpful. I have problems with food and Vito arranged for me to have grilled chicken every night. I was extremely grateful for this. I had the nicest lady servicing my room every day. She was so thorough with her cleaning. The two ladies in the bar/ lounge area were very pleasant as were all the waiting staff in the restaurant. As everyone says it is approximately 10 mins walk into town and very convenient for the ferries. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a small friendly hotel . Be sure to upgrade to lake view. Thank you .
