Sumitel Oriental Gangtok

Had a great trip with my family this was the first trip towards gangtok love the hospitality and the ambiance of the hotel mostly the room is neer and clean and the location is on point will definitely visit again thank you simitel family for the great service

Great location and small and cozy room one of the best thing about the property is they have neat and clean room and the view of the mg marg, will definitely recommend sumitel oriental to visit, Mr lama is always there to help you with is team great job keep going on, my daughter had problem at night in the night there was only security guard and fo r the help he contact manager of the hotel for the help within 10 minutes he was on the way Mr lama, he had help me to guide towards the hospital thank you once again team sumital for the help

Location was it is in the hart of the mg marg, love the quality of thr food they serve korean food, room are very Hyganic and the hotel is boutique will visit again especially thank to the staff manager Mr lama.. For rhe hospitality and the care ❤

Stay at sumitel oriental was great. The service by the staffs were excellent. From the bellboy, reception to the check out every thing was handled very smooth. room plus aminity spread was the best. Service by hotel team is commendable. I recommend this property to stay in mg marg gangtok. Thank you mr Lama for the service

Washroom is small but neat. As mentioned in other reviews, one of the lights in the washroom is not working. Room is good. And location is absolutely on the new market road. Breakfast options is not available. Kettle is available. Heater is available. Locker is available. They are providing dental kit, shaving kit ***** with use & throw slippers

Location was excellent and Most of the best thing was room cleaning and the hospitality provided by the staff , they do have cake and pastry if you are craving for the food ,especially thank to kusal ,sunita and Sarswati, for their wonder full service and great service .thank you Navin for the guide and the help will definitely visit again Only the disadvantage is they don't have elevator

With famalybwe had my first experience in gangtok heart of sikkim.. Well was little worried about how was hotel well Will be accommodate on. Fortunately summit oriental at MG Marg was really beyond expectations.. Here all staff especially pupa,bhawesh,bhawana,Sunita were berry keen with there expertise.... Well love staying in this hotel and will b our first priorities when well will come balk again..

Great place to stay prime location good service ....Prtiksha Pushpa,Bhawana and Bhawesh are very friendly and helpful. Good to go go JB chi chi is fu HV to if chi is too if do gf ch jig do by ch bhi hu c do bhi bhi hu ho du do if do it do the gu vo bhi vo go go

Miss pushpa and pratiksha duo make my trip really worth full and their experties and hospitality are really awesome...if you visit gangtok you must visit and stay at summit oriental hotel on mg Marg...I strongly recommend..go without hassitate
