The room is spacious and comfortable, beside the setpoint and very near to the train station.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice so much better in person will definitely stay again if I come back to galway

從高威火車站走過去大概十幾分鍾，不在中心地帶，位置有點偏，但房間夠大，床也非常大1.8的，但不是每天打掃衞生，及洗澡是要站在浴缸裏的，不是很方便，總體還是滿意的！

People were nice. Room was good but small. Clean rooms and overall property. I did find it weird they wanted you to pay for everything up front. There wasn't a room charge option. For example, calling down at night to reserve for breakfast the next morning, they wanted you to come down and pay then, not the next morning at breakfast.
Wifi was very spotty. Dropped constantly from my room. Also, one day was a wash because of weather. It was a very boring day killing time. Should have a Netflix option on the TV.

Great hotel
James on reception very friendly and polite.
Check in hassle free.
Rooms very clean food very good in restaurant.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
Only thing the Carpark is quite confusing as there’s a public car park and hotel carpark. I parked in public carpark and was quite expensive even though I was told on departure that it was same price as hotel carpark.

Staff were extremely friendly and the quality of the food excellent. However, there was a constant noise in the bedroom from either the air conditioning or water system that sounded like the blades of a helicopter (room air conditioning unit was turned off) that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent location. Very walkable to main shopping and eating areas. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking was very convenient attached to hotel.
