"I would not recommend staying at this place with family, solo or for a business trip. The rooms were extremely dirty and the bedding had a terrible smell, indicating that they had not been washed for months. On the day of my check-out, I had a meeting from 9:30 to 10:30, but at 10 am, they disconnected the Wi-Fi because the checkout time was 11 am. Overall, it was a very bad experience."

Staff was terrific, going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction of its guests, also offers transportation to Cruiseport &/or Aiirport before & after Ctuise is taken. Thank you so very much Veronica, job well done.

ya gotta take the good with the bad.
Bad news is that the place is old and run down. toilet didn’t work, there was literally graffiti on the bathroom door in our room, and everything that I touched, like lamps etc, had a greasy dirty dusty film on it as if it were never cleaned… ever…
the Good News, is that customer service is good, if you go on a cruise, they will let you park your car there FREE for a week!!!
also, they have a CHEAP cruise port shuttle to and from the port and they are awesome…
so for me, the bed was comfy and I had a roof over my head so I would stay there again.

Great place to stay and park for a cruise. Have a car/bus service that comes to pick you up and brings you back. Evening front desk gentleman was very informative.

Old rundown paint peeling inside and out. Linens were worn out. Minimal cold breakfast items and hot tea was not available. Staff was friendly.

Needs updating. Hard to charge mobile devices with plug ins away from night stand
Shower head leaked and distance great pressure
Remote batteries were dead and the replacement batteries were very weak as well
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Was nice to walk to the ferry and enjoy a short ride and see some dolphins.
Pool was too cool to enjoy but it is March.
Overall, would stay again

Needs to up to date I was afraid to sleep in the bed. I thought it would be convenient to royal Caribbean cruise port but it is not. I would not recommend.
