Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

I love how new the property is and how clean it feels.The towels are still soft! What?! The rooms are modern and I appreciate the storage space for my things and our pets. I could see how staying here for a week would be great! The parking lot does fill up on busy weekends but the walk was minimal. They have 2 styles of carts to unload which saved my life since I arrived before my spouse who was driving a moving truck after loading. We are moving here from Louisville with two cats and my apartment would not be unloaded until the next day. There is a pet fee but it counts for both my cats for up to 4 days! We ended up tacking on extra night stay very easily since the cats are stressed and we have not gotten to unpack anything yet. The cats are extremely comfortable here and have a wonderful window ledge they are enjoying sunbathing. Despite the place being pet friendly, unlike other hotels, I never heard other animals barking or crying. I honestly think was such a blessing for us during an extremely difficult time in our lives. Will at the front desk is phenomenal - very friendly, great tips about the area, and was very helpful.

My wife and I are on the road travling every other month. Which requires us to stay in different hotels along the way. The Comfort in in Gallatin is the cleanest hotel and has the nicest staff weve experienced since Covid. If your looking for a Hotel near Nashiville I strongly suggest Comfort inn and suites in Gallatin. Its only 30 kins minutes for Nashiville and all of its activities.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was just average, but we appreciated having food available to start our day.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week for a mini getaway, less than an hour from our home. The hotel was spotless and in a nice, safe area surrounded by dozens of restaurants and access to the interstate. The staff was friendly, and our suite was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. We were extremely happy with the room and stay for the price.

I am always impressed by cleanliness and order and that was what I got. Amenities were great, breakfast, laundry facilities for guests, and overall calmness that helps in relaxation. A hidden jewell!!!

I have been traveling a lot lately, and this has been one of the best places I have stayed to date. Staff was so kind and friendly. If I return to this area, I'll definitely be booking here again.

Desk staff were very friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Enjoyable stay.

The staff at the counter were great however the cleaning staff couldn’t speak or understand english so communication about the rooms were very hard. Everything had to be communicated through the down stairs counter staff. Night time counter staff was rude and inhospitable.

Terrible that Comfort Inn took advantage of the current Tornado striken people of Hendersonville. Comfort Inn refused to honor a Cancellation of a Booking, and charged the full amount for a Room that we could not get to. Shame on Comfort Inn of Gallatin to have taken ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED.
