L'hotel a cinque stelle più oltraggioso in cui sia mai stato. Ho fatto il check-in la mattina presto e ho prenotato un letto singolo (non c'era spazio e la sala dell'ascensore dell'hotel si è rivelata una discarica all'inizio del check-in . Portavo una valigia del peso di decine di chilogrammi. Sali. Dopo essere entrato, ci sono due ascensori. Il fratellino indicò il retro e salì le scale. Ma l'ho premuto per alcuni minuti senza risposta e ho chiamato la reception per dirlo di andare all'ascensore. I servizi igienici all'interno sono pessimi, compresa l'acqua del rubinetto. Devi riempirlo con le mani per lavarti la faccia. L'acqua è troppo piccola. Il giorno dopo quando mio marito si asciuga i capelli , l'asciugacapelli pisciava come una mosca. Anche in questa foto c'è la spia del loro interruttore principale, che era accesa durante la notte. Il marito dorme nella porta accanto, non riesco ad addormentarmi guardandolo a cavallo, accidenti, l'hotel lo farà essere chiuso, è disgustoso uscire

Le strutture hardware non sono buone.Questo prezzo è l'hotel meno raccomandato di tutti gli hotel Westin in cui ho soggiornato.L'esperienza durante il capodanno cinese è davvero pessima! Ci sono troppe persone a colazione, il cibo è davvero mediocre e la varietà del buffet serale non è buona! Penso che la prossima volta che andrò a Fuzhou, probabilmente non andrò più in questo Westin!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by staff, and Patryk at the front desk. His attentiveness and warmth made check-in a breeze and set a welcoming tone for the entire stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast spread offered each morning, providing a perfect start to each day of my visit.

While the location is decent and the staff is helpful, the interior of the hotel is old and run down. The central air condition is so loud that sleep remains a wishful dream. The furniture in the room and the restaurant don't match the ambition of a Westin Hotel. The breakfast was dull at best.
