The place is a bit hit for the kids. The pool has a slide that the kids really love. Free popcorn every 4pm . My kids did not even want to roam around BKK and prefer to stay at the pool 🤣. Front desk is really sweet and cheerful. Housekeeping is superb. We love everything and the hotel is really a family friendly hotel. We will definitely be back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even provided me a free upgrade due to a long stay. The location is great, in between two BTS stations and close to many big malls but there is a short walk. Overall the room and amenities and new and clean - the shower head can be cleaner, and there is a large TV but not able to connect to Netflix, YouTube etc The breakfast is nice, not much variety but good enough to enjoy

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Living. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with smiles and eager to help. The amenities and facilities were perfect, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, with two malls within walking distance and plenty of good food and cafes nearby. I highly recommend Novotel Living for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Good for luving and close to shopping mall and Asok MRT staation

The hotel is clean and nearby everything. I had to change my room because of the electricity. The electricity is playing and it was not safe to stay in this room. The second room was better, but the water pressure is also playing (high and low). In general, my stay was very good.

It is an ideal hotel for traveling with families.Since it is on the opposite side of the bar area, the environment is quiet and clean.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mattress is a bit soft but still fine. Breakfast is up to standard but more choices is preferrable. Hotel is in between 2 BTS stations and it takes 10 mins to go either one of it. You will find 7-11 and a very local 24/7 supermarket nearby.

The whole experience was okay. Its just that the receptionists can be trained more. Its not their fault or anything. They are very nice. But its the training that they lack. Like when a customer asks something, it is only polite to smile or make the customer feel like they have your attention. Other than that its great. The housekeepers were very excited with a smile when they saw me.

The hotel is generally at a great location, walking distance to Emsphere and Terminal 21, about 10mins walk away to the closest train station. The room is nice and cozy and comes with a good city view. Overall I enjoyed my stay there!

Rooms are big and clean, excellent location. Nice pool and kids playroom.

Hotel is spotless clean. Staff have been friendly, helpful with welcoming smile. Swimming pool is not big but good enough for kids/family to enjoy, there is free mocktail in the afternoon as well. Location is okay, 5 min walk to new mall Emsphere. Hotel located in an alley opposite so a bit quiet at night. Overall great stay!
