hotel location in the alley,quiet. walk 5minutes will be in main street, calling taxi in the morning/afternoon a little difficult cause there is school nearby so the road closed.But the hotel itself is good, clean. Breakfast is better than expected, food variety Chinese n western.

It is located just behind M17 Cultural Square so meals are readily available and choices are aplenty. It's walkable to Sanfang Qixiang and West Lake. Check-in and check-out is a breeze.

Had book it for my parents and they say comfortable and enjoy

The hotel looks abit dull on the outside but on the inside the hotel looks nicely renovated. The receptionist lady that checked us in was very friendly. She gave us a free room upgrade 🥳🙌🏽 we are very grateful for her!!! Didn’t stay long to explore the hotel facilities but the room itself was clean and had many high tech features. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good and clean! As a solo traveller I feel safe staying in this hotel and it's pretty near San fang qi xiang (5 minutes drive). It's modern, clean and nice. Would recommend

The hotel was good, clean and modern. Location and breakfast were very good. The walls are unfortunately very THIN. I can hear my neighbours talking, using the bathroom, watching TV. If you're unlucky like we were to have bad neighbours, then it is VERY disturbing. We made a complaint to the front desk but they did not help us at all, they just said, we have taken your feedback.

The hotel is a very new and modern hotel that is clean and comfortable. The amenities are good. However, the rooms are rather small. The breakfast buffet was nice too. However I would say the other guests were quite rude. We also ran out of seats to eat breakfast at in the morning. My main problem with the hotels however is that the walls are too thin, if you're lucky you won't have a problem, but during the week I stayed here, the guests next door were VERY LOUD and disruptive. They had their TV on loudly past 1am and were talking loudly constantly. I spoke to the reception and asked them to help me with this issue, they only said they would take this feedback. Nothing was done unfortunately. Overral it should have been a good experience, but our stay was unfortunately ruined by bad neighbours and thin walls.

前台態度很差 阿姨還沒退房就開始打掃房間 自説自話 出去了一趟回來房間已經打掃好了 東西全扔了 萬一吃的我還要吃呢？ 房間隔音也很差 隔壁就是配電間 電視機不能投屏 一百個無語對這家酒店

首先酒店環境，衞生，地理位置優越，這是不可否認的，不管是酒店大堂房間簡約大氣，乾淨整潔，空間也大。早餐餐廳也不錯，吃得東西也可以，還有個健身房。但是！這麼悶熱的南風天，20幾度，前台把總空調都給關了，熱了一個晚上沒睡覺，帶着孩子，別提多難熬！隔天吃飯的時候在餐廳才知道，原來好多人反應這個問題，但是就是不開空調。住了這麼多年酒店，真是第一次見。前台補償了早餐券，但是熱了一個晚上沒休息好，還是趕緊一大早退房走了，換酒店。 不開空調！！不開空調！！不開空調！！再見

房間非常滿意，平潭島回來，晚上十點左右入住，前台妹妹很熱情的幫我升了套房，意外之喜，非常開心，房間很大，熱水也很及時，酒店去三坊七巷也很方便。酒店是新開業的，各種設施設備都很新，非常滿意。

最喜歡酒店的外觀，比我想象的好 雖然跟景點不是很近，但也不是很遠，打車很方便，離地鐵站六百多米（雖然我沒坐過） 房間很寬敞但沒有拍照，要是家庭房的雙人床再大一點就更好了

這次的入住體驗很滿意，前台的服務態度好，員工始終保持着親切的微笑，給人留下深刻的印象。酒店的位置也非常方便，交通便利，出行無壓力。房間也乾淨整潔 ，生活用品一應俱全。
