Trovato un’ offerta con booking per il nostro ponte dell ‘immacolata su castelli bavaresi .Ottimo hotel molto grande pulito con parcheggio sotterraneo (pagamento extra ) stanza grande comoda con accappatoio e set cortesia per l’area sauna 🧖‍♀️ grande è gratuita . Colazione dolce e salato molto varia e fresca ;personale gentile parla in inglese .Centralismo attraversi la strada è sei nella zona pedonale ;vicino alla stazione è fermata bus 🚌 per i castelli .Da consigliare.

La posizione e le camere molto ampie. Cosa non è piaciuto · Staff scortese, poco professionale e molto molto molto superficiale. Non mi sento di dare un giudizio positivo per diversi motivi: - alla reception parlavano solo Tedesco e Russo e per un Hotel di questo genere con 4 stelle +S e con questo livello di prezzo si pretende molto di più, - staff scortesi, freddi e poco professionali Alla reception c'erano 2 impiegate e nonostante eravamo in diversi in fila per il check in, era solo una ad occuparsi di noi mentre la seconda continuava comodamente a fare altro mentre noi aspettavamo in piedi il proprio turno. ASSURDO. Colazione ricca solo di salumi e salati e molto meno per il dolce. Croissant inesistenti. Garage privato molto piccolo per cui aspettatevi diversi giri tra i vari parcheggi coperti e scoperti molto distanti dalla struttura. P.s. La Cassa Automatica per pagare i ticket Parcheggio P4 (quelli sotterranei), si trova accanto all'entrata del supermercato che si trova nei pressi. Ovviamente alla reception nessuno ha saputo dirmelo e son dovuto andare all' ufficio informazioni, che si trova nella piazza antistante l'hotel, dove parlano TUTTI perfettamente l'italiano e inglese e mi hanno dato pieno supporto. Al checkout mi hanno chiesto il pagamento che io avevo già effettuato tramite booking, ora devo rivolgermi a booking per lo storno del primo pagamento ...assurdo.

La stanza dell'hotel è abbastanza emotiva, il cameriere della ricetta è entusiasta e sorridente.Il colazione è molto ricco e c'è un omeletto da mangiare in loco.L'hotel è situato in Fussen, e ci sono molti ristoranti da scegliere vicino. La auto-conduzione deve prenotare un posto in anticipo, perché il posto sarà molto nervoso in vacanza estiva, 10 euro ogni notte.

Getting into the hotel was a bit tricky. Apparently it isn't open all the time, and we didn't understand that. We rang the bell a while, but finally got in when a guest was leaving. We found the desk, found the room list, and managed to find our room and get in, and it was lovely. We had booked a room for 4 people but were moved to the knight's room that slept six. It was nice to have the extra space. There are toilets and showers on each floor, and all were very clean. We didn't quite understand the shower booking system, so yes, I managed to walk in on someone. Fortunately she was done and dressed, so it wasn't quite a disaster. We didn't have a problem with crowds for either the shower or bathrooms. The location was right in the middle of all the activity. People were eating below us and at night musicians played music. It was very pleasant. The room got a bit stuffy, and so we kept the windows open at night. There was minimal noise, and we weren't bothered, except one early morning when the garbage trucks came through and the street sweepers afterwards. Lots of shops and eateries on the street. There also was a Woolworths a couple of shops from our hotel, for those who are old enough to remember them. We went inside to see what it was about, and it reminded me of my vague memories of shopping in one as a child. I had accidently spilled something on my shirt the day before, and couldn't get the stain out. I found a good replacement shirt at Woolworths for only 5 euros. I've washed and worn it a few times since we've been home, and it is still in good shape. I recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. The proprietor is a young guy who was very helpful. He apparently works another job while trying to get the hotel going, which is why it isn't open all the time.

Hotel ben organizzato, con diversi servizi a disposizione. Bella Camera familiare ampia e spaziosa. Posizione buona, poco distante dal centro. Comodo garage per il parcheggio, che però non è prenotabile

Il personale è fantastico! Per favore, spiega in base alla tua situazione. Nel complesso anche la vista è buona Mi hai permesso di fare un viaggio piacevole durante il viaggio.

Hotel carino, ospitalità NON da 4 stelle. La stanza è abbastanza grande ed accogliente, ma si trova al piano terra che da su una strada e senza una tenda leggera alla finestra. Pertanto costretti a stare chiusi per tutto il soggiorno anche durante il giorno. Persino il bagno non ha una tenda leggera. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera che ci è stato negato dopo avere pagato 230€ per una notte! Ospitalità pessima, sconsigliato! Nice hotel, NOT 4-star hospitality. The room is quite large and welcoming, but it is located on the ground floor overlooking a street and without a light curtain at the window. Therefore forced to stay closed for the entire stay even during the day. Even the bathroom doesn't have a light curtain. We asked for a room change which was denied to us after paying €230 for one night! Bad hospitality, not recommended!

Un grande hotel con grandi camere ben progettate con balconi. Alcuni hanno anche 2 per offrire una migliore vista e il sole in mattina e sera. E 'stato di proprietà della stessa famiglia per 5 generazioni. Il personale indossa vestito bavarese e il loro inglese è buono. Fussen è una grande area per camminare con molti segnali di passeggiata postati con distanza e tempo per camminare. L'hotel può anche organizzare il noleggio di bicicletta. Neuschwanstein Castle è un breve viaggio in autobus da. L'hotel si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus e treni dove troverete taxi in attesa se avete bisogno di aiuto con il bagaglio al momento dell'arrivo. Thr hotel vi darà anche un biglietto gratuito per il vostro soggiorno che si può utilizzare per raggiungere l'area. L'hotel dispone di una bella zona esterna coperta per godere di una bottiglia di vino o di tè e biscotti che serve il pomeriggio.

A lovely old Teutonic house set in landscape grounds with free parking. Great mountain views from our bedroom which was large with all toiletries. It is short walk - about 1km to Fusson centre which is a lovely old town with plenty of local restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is nice. There are no English TV stations. There is an elevator but you are requested not to use it after 8.30 at night so as not to disturb other residents of the hotel. I left a dress in the wardrobe and only discovered it a day after we left the hotel. We contacted them to ask to post it to our home address. We send the required money and to date 3 weeks later this has not arrived! I'm sure it will arrive st dome point

Ci siamo fermati per una notte ed è stato tutto stupendo. Il proprietario della struttura è stato gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Ci ha dato una mappa della città indicandoci i principali luoghi di interesse e come raggiungerli, oltre ad offrirci da bere come benvenuto. Ci ha fatto trovare pronta la Fussen-Card così da poter andare a visitare i castelli con il bus in soli 8 minuti (i parcheggi in loco sono molto cari ci ha suggerito). La stanza era ampia, pulita, carina e confortevole. La colazione è stata una bellissima sorpresa: era deliziosa! Dolce e salato di ogni tipo, abbondante e saporita con possibilità di portare via le lunch-bag. Al momento di andare via ci ha gentilmente accompagnato fino alla fermata dei bus. Una vera sorpresa! Lo consiglio assolutamente!
