Hotel in zona Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, Baishan

I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel. The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

入住前會有管家提前聯繫，詢問需求。入住後房間空調不製冷，3號管家小陳及時給解決了問題，調換了房間，做了升級。有問題詢問時也都能第一時間及時回覆，為我們在長白山的旅程提供了第一手消息，非常滿意小陳的服務，細心周到及時！酒店雖然時間長了，但維護保養的不錯，軟硬件都能滿足家庭親子入住需求。以後去長白山還會首選威斯汀度假酒店。

Benjamin alla reception è incredibile. Parla grande inglese e si è assicurato di aiutarci a organizzare tutte le nostre attività extra, dalla moto, da rafting, da pesca con ghiaccio e tutte le attività extra incluse nel nostro hotel soggiorno come il passaggio sciistico e l'esperienza di parco di neve. Rispose tutte le nostre domande, ha organizzato i taxi e ha assicurato un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole. Il resort stesso è in una posizione fantastica - proprio sulle corse e il colazione era decente. Raccomando questo al 100% a chiunque, soprattutto agli stranieri che non parlano cinese. Grazie a Benjamin per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così comodo!

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

L'hotel è in una bella zona sciistica. Lasciatevi e c'è il primo ascensore. Le camere sono sufficienti ma forse non standard per un hotel 4 stelle. Esempio senza doccia pioggia, senza ferro per magliette di ferro. Purtroppo la stanza che abbiamo prenotato non funzionava, che è di meno 12 a no andare, perciò era necessario trasferirsi in un'altra stanza. I dipendenti erano molto gentili e utili e cercarono di fare il meglio per risolverla immediatamente. Il ristorante che ho provato solo due volte. Per il pranzo di Natale e uno per pranzo una zuppa di noodle. La cena era solo una buona, eccetto il caramello di fondo era delizioso. La zuppa di noodle non era davvero buona per il prezzo. Il colazione è normale di colazione cinese.Mi piaceva la zuppa di noodle.(Perché non al pranzo?) e il pancake cinese è anche molto buono. Il bar è un bel posto per rilassarsi, ma la formazione per le cose deve essere migliorata. Recentemente ho preso una bottiglia da sola, sulla base delle uve, e la mia esperienza non ha alcun aiuto, e aprire la bottiglia che il cameriere doveva cercare prima e aprire, ma il Cabernet Sauvignon era buono. Una raccomandazione è il caffè nero, il latte, lo zucchero nel bar di lobby. Molto bene. Ci sono stati molti cedoli inclusi nel tbooking, come per lo sci, le fonti calde e il figlio. In sintesi, l'hotel vale la pena di rimanere, ma dovrebbero anche considerare alcuni miglioramenti.

Il mio primo soggiorno al parco Hyatt Changbaishan, e non potevo essere più felice con l’esperienza. Il servizio di butler era davvero eccezionale, e un grido speciale a Roma, che andò sopra e oltre per rendere la nostra permanenza memorabile. Era incredibilmente attenta e pensativa, ci aiutava a organizzare il trasporto e anche a rimandare una parcella in Malaysia. Eravamo qui per una festa di compleanno e ci sorprendeva con un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita, che rendeva il viaggio ancora più speciale. Il cibo dell'hotel è stato delizioso e confortevole, anche se speriamo di avere una maggiore varietà in futuro. Uno dei miglioramenti è che sarebbe bello avere una mappa per rendere la zona più turistica. Ci sono molti negozi intorno all'hotel, ma non l'abbiamo realizzato fino a dopo lo sci. Un guide renderebbe molto più facile per gli ospiti esplorare la zona. Grazie per il soggiorno inoltrabile!

環境：位於長白山萬達度假區內，靠近長白山西景區。 設施：周邊配套有美食街，漢拿山温泉，水樂園，山頂纜車等等，簡單吃飯購物完全沒問題，我們去的兩天長白山都因為天氣原因關閉，有這些配套活動也不無聊。酒店裡有游泳池和一個小的温泉泡池，也很有意思。早餐種類不多，但是品質很好，完全符合酒店級別。 衞生：雖然開業很久了，但是細節都很乾凈，室內的浴巾浴袍都是很柔軟很新的，看的出更換頻次很高。 服務：因為從北京自駕趕路到店，所以入住時間很晚，又希望能有一個舒適的居住環境，提了些小要求，前台當班的帥哥（金津平）很耐心，幫忙安排了合適的房間，一掃長白山關閉不能看天池的陰霾。另有一位白天當班的美女（逄金琦）特別主動為我們指引充電樁位置，講解的非常詳細，很感謝他們。 因為衹是路過入住了一晚，所以大部分的時間都在室內游泳，入住感受到的唯一不足就是泳池區域的燈光太暗，戴着泳鏡幾乎全黑了，如果多加些主燈就完美了。

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in the North-Eastern part of China. Room is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms. Suitable for families. Service is excellent, breakfast spread is generous. Surrounded by international cuisines and just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Love that the room came with hot spring bathtub!

We book a room with 3 beds for 4 persons (1 child) The room a bit small for 4 persons. The bed is good. The aircon can not adjust for cool condition indeed it is a heater air con. When We went on 1-4 March 2024, when we enter to our room we feel uncomfortable because the room temp is so high and the window can open only a little, outside the room also very warm. No wind, no air movement so we turn on the aircon fan then the hot wind flow. So we shut down the hot aircon and borrow a fan from the hotel. Everything other than the warm room was nice, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful. Manager tell me that all room booking weather you book with any agency are come with the ski, onsen and water park free package. You need to go to the ski center and show your passport and deposit money (2000 plus 40 rmb) to get ski card for using the ski facility. If you want to use outdoor onsen you need to bring swimwear and go to Wandajin and show the package paper you have got while checkin. You need to pay 10 rmb/person for using the locker and the towel. The process as same as water park. The breakfast is impressive.
