Holiday Inn Express Changbaishan

I arrived at the songhuajiang station at 6:30. Hotel check in started from 8 am but they let us start our breakfast before check in. A kind lady who can speak Korean helped us kindly and gave all the info we needed It was an impressing service. Thanks to her and other kind workers there we could make it hiking changbai mountain and watching a calm pond at the top. The hotel supplies shuttle bus to the entrance of mountain which was also good. The hot spring in the resort was a bit crowded but worth visiting with the coupon the hotel supplies.

十分不推薦，無論是這家酒店還是整個度假區。 1.服務差，大堂亂哄哄，門口測温的大叔更是態度差到爆，問他機場大巴何時來，他語氣十分差的説“那邊兒屏幕上寫着了嗎？”，自己是工作人員就態度好點可以嗎？別再毀形象了。 清潔人員早上八點多開始敲門打掃房間，度假酒店可以睡晚點嘛，又不是學生宿舍。 2.早餐極差，黃油和果醬用盤子裝第一次見到，衞生嗎？9:30就沒有煎荷包蛋了。，牛奶奶粉沖的，豆漿沒味道。 總之，性價比極低，不值得來，無論是這家酒店，還是整個度假區。唯一讓人高興的就是後院的小兔子，真可愛。

深度長白山遊，分別住了萬達，魯能和北坡皇冠，最差的應該就是萬達了！！ 總體來説：萬達設施又差又舊；服務又非常一般！ 上了接機的大巴後，萬達工作人員會拉個羣，會有旅遊團的推介，大家自己品，呵呵～ 一家人出門本來想住假日套房的，但是想着不是泡酒店的，都在外邊玩，就選了智選。但是智選這種3-4星級之間的房價卻比魯能貴，唯一優點就是萬達有空調，魯能沒空調！整個萬達都舊了，連商業街的地磚都是破破爛爛的！ 纜車的玻璃都花得不堪入目，想拍個照也難！然後纜車裡面有個塑料架子的邊角非常鋒利，我不小心把手臂劃出了一條5-6cm的大口子！大家一定要小心啊！！ 萬達度假區的權益兑換又很麻煩，酒店前台給了單子，但是兑換時候還要自己輸入所有權益人的個人資料。魯能兑換是沒有那麼麻煩的！ 然後權益又都基本是在商業街那邊，要自費搭出租車或者滴滴來回，夏季是沒有穿梭車的！但是出租車衹能開到商業街門口，然後還要步行10分鐘才能到兑換中心，夏天30多度高温下，商業街巨曬，而且指示牌不清晰！ 酒店裡麪的毛巾不乾淨，有污跡！隔音不好，晚上一些外國人在樓層喧嘩！提前打電話諮詢問題，結果沒有找到我的的兩間房，衹查到了一間，前台順帶説會給我我升級景觀房，一條不載客的纜車道+樓下的玻璃頂就是景觀房，可能是我對景觀房有什麼誤解吧？！ 商業街找了一間點評數很多的餐廳，吃鐵鍋燉，環境，服務都很一般，出品難吃！價格也偏貴！結帳金額竟然是皇冠假日裏麪彩豐軒的一半。

和家人假期來水樂園玩玩，再泡泡温泉，選擇了長白山智選假日酒店，入住時辦理很快，上樓進入房間整理的非常乾淨。趙紅霞經理和張秀萍經理還特意為我們擺放了花和飲用水還有酒精濕巾等，十分感謝為我們住的更舒適所做的一切。下次來還會選擇住在智選假日酒店，因為細節決定一切，帶給我們更好的休息體驗[Grin][Grin][Grin]

有接送機服務，餐廳張艷小姐姐得知要去北坡以後，非常熱情的給打包了酥餅和牛奶，讓帶着中午吃，不像其他酒店絕對不可以帶走。很貼心。 酒店鐵鍋燉味道不錯，量大，還貼心的怕我吃不慣，特地做清淡了。 到西坡有班車，不過要卡時間點，打車過去四十。非常幸運的看到了雨後的天池，開心😁

✅The location is good, near the west slope. ✅Free shuttle bus from and to the airport only 30 minutes drive. ✅The area is nice, they have cable car 🚡 bikes 🚲 and pools 🏊‍♀️ that are include in your booking, you’ll have to go to the service area with passport or ID to make use of those benefits. ✅ The breakfast was good, 90% Chinese style. ❇️If you want to eat in the area, look for the places on 大众点评 app and if you can speak Chinese, you can call and they’ll pick- drop you off for free (the area is big it might be raining) except for fast food restaurants ** ⛔️The bathroom was very small and the floor is some sort of plastic material. It won’t make you feel too comfortable. ⛔️ The a/c central system is not convenient, I felt hot but I could open the window and cool off a bit. ❗️The hotel is a bit old, for the price, but is because of the area. 💠In overall good!

Good amenities nearby, food choices aplenty, connected by free shuttle to ski slopes, service impeccable. Comes with a free entry to nearby hotsprings and a free ski pass. You only need to rent ski equipment with a $4000/- RMB deposit if you arrive without ski equipment. Would especially like to commend hotel receptionist Vita who readily facilitated a checkout extension of 2 hours. Highly recommended experience overall at Wanda Holiday Inn Express Changbaishan.

the hotel service is super bad check in wasted many time we inform the person say we already make full payment keep asking us pay 1 more time . i dont want waste my time i make payment when i check in after i check out i received email for refund. the is cannot accept so bad system cant check payment record also wasted time to explain .if not pay why i received email for refund payment .

Location is OK. The hotel is not the closest one to the amenities of the station. Breakfast offers many choices but it is very average quality. The staff is helpful (even if no English)
