Just read the recent reviews, it says it all Although I have given them thousands and thousands over 20 years, they treated my family as second rate citizens. They are bad mannered and Rude especially their daughter who needs to go back to school to learn manners, something she obviously never studied. There are many other hotels in the area with much better customer care

When you check into a hotel rated at 4 star plus, the last thing you expect to encounter is arrogance that’s in its own league, regrettably this is exactly what we encountered. What should have been a simple negotiation to remedy what we were being offered compared to what we were expecting resulted in the hotel receptionist walking away from us muttering under her breath, utterly disgusting behaviour and wholly unprofessional but as others have mentioned maybe it’s because we don’t speak German had a bearing on matters, if on the other hand you appreciate being treated like dirt……enjoy your stay !! Suffice to say we will never return to this hotel due to how we were treated, in fact we have already found an alternative lovely hotel with lovely staff in another part of the Stubai valley who will benefit from our future regular visits to the area.

I really like this hotel. First its location: with the skibus to Schlick around the corner and the regional bus ( 50 min drive) to Stubai Gletscher at a 3min walk and a grocery shop closeby. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant look very stylish. The staff is correct and helpful. The rooms are tidy and spacious enough (mine was 22m² which is enough when traveling solo). The food is more than you might expect in this price category. The wellness area is super although I want to mention it is spread over two locations connected via a tunnel. But the pools and sauna's are just perfect. Tke ski room has ski boot dryers. The hotel shuttle can pick you up from the airport, takes about 20 minutes. Finding your way in the undergound of the hotel can be a bit of a challenge.

The owners especially their daughter are rude, ignorent, bad mannered, customer service is non existent, when you book the main hotel if your not German then they put you in the run down hotel which they own next door. UK guests don't get any welcome drink, do not book this hotel, there are better hotels nearby

Das Hotel war voll belegt und der Service und die Küche in vielen Bereichen überfordert. Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich und wenn man Pech hat, bekommt man eines mit wenig Tageslicht. Alles was es vom Buffet gab, war ok. Bei den Gerichten die serviert wurden, waren die Portionen sehr unterschiedlich, zum Teil war es kalt und wurde an einem Tisch mit großen Zeitunterschieden serviert. Der Nachtisch war einfallslos. Zahlreiche unangenehme Situationen führten dazu, dass wir uns nicht so wohl gefühlt haben, wie in vergleichbaren Hotels.

Tolles Familiengeführtes Hotel! Besonders hervorheben muss man das sehr zuvorkommende Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption! Super Hotel für jeglichen Wintersport mit tollem Essen und super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit eigenem Koch!

Das Hotel ist groß, viele Zimmer, die vermutlich sehr unterschiedlich in der Qualität sind. Wir waren im Rahmen unserer Alpenüberquerung für eine Nacht dort. Unser Zimmer lag im Souterrain, Blick auf den Parkplatz und - vor allem - ungehinderter Blick vom Parkplatz ins Zimmer. Kein Store, nur ein dunkler Vorhang, der das Tageslicht komplett ausschloss. Auf unsere Beschwerde bei der Rezeption meinte die Rezeptionistin lakonisch, wir könnten ja, wenn wir im Zimmer sind, das Licht anmachen. Für ein 4-Sterne-superior-Hotel eine unglaubliche Ansage. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Küche. Sowohl das Abendmenü als auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren erstklassig, auch der Service im Restaurant war nett. Versöhnt mit dem Hotel hat uns dann im Restaurant eine Dame, vermutlich die Chefin oder zumindest in gehobener Position im Hotelmanagement tätig, die sich für den ungehinderten Einblick ins Zimmer vom Parkplatz und vom Nachbarhaus entschuldigt hat. Negativ zu bemerken auch noch: bei unserer Ankunft war unser Gepäck bereits angeliefert worden und stand im Erdgeschoss des Nebengebäudes. Ein junger Mann am Empfang ging mit uns dorthin und weiter in unser Zimmer, was eine ziemliche Strecke war (und wir waren an dem Tag sehr weit gewandert). Ich hätte eigentlich erwartet, dass er mir, einer 74jährigen Dame, den Koffer abnimmt...
